I am really loving this game... It reminds me of Destruction Derby for the computer... My only gripe is the controlls and how when drving a manual that the bumpers are the gears rather than the X and B buttons like every other racer...

I love this game. The only other car/racing/derby game I've ever liked was Destruction Derby for the N64.

I haven't had any difficulty winning with automatic, and I usually don't play sober so the less to do the better. :)))

The one thing which Destruction Derby has which this game does not is an auto-kill when you land on top of another car, and that would have been really cool

This is the same game as Flatout 2 for the PS2 and Xbox! Same cars, same levels. I am a bit upset!!

I played the demo on this game, MONTHS ago and liked it but that was it.  Not until this week.  I replayed the demo and ordered it from Amazon.  I hope it's as fun as the demo.

Why does sitting around make you more tired?

I think they put the shifting on the bumpers to make the game pad controls easier to map to the race wheel controls. The shifting handles on the wheel are mapped to the bumper buttons when playing a non-racing game with the wheel controller (not something I'd recommend doing)

Fight My Brute!

Got it Firday and the most fun is the Demolition Derby.  The Stunts are fun but not real easy.  And the tracks, while I don't normally like track racing, aren't that difficult to start out with.
