I am pretty sure I have played the Campaign to it's fullest over 5 times. I can't seem to get this tricky achievement, no matter what combination I used. I upgrade everything right when I can and get around 215-275k a game, so money isn't an issue. If anyone can provide a surefire way to get juiced, I would greatly appreciate it!

ya, i am having the same damn problem

i had my rookie and vet both at A's after division 1,

now halfway through division two the rookie is a B and the vet is still an A.

why would the rookie go down, no injuries (QB) just a few rough hits every once in awhile!
