It should be obvious, but when you approach that first Medium Right Medium Left you hit, you can drive straight through it without turning. Next you have a Hairpin Right followed by a Long Medium Left. Orient your tires into the turn ASAP after hitting that right since you'll have to change direction right away. It's not terribly difficult, but you might find yourself crashing there.
The hardest part of the track is that Very Long Medium Right. After all that turning, the game hits you with a Water, and it's easy to spin out of you're not ready. While it might be possible to powerslide all around that lengthy turn, play it safe and try to control your vehicle even if it means tapping the brakes more than you normally would. Usually, you can just slide into a medium turn by releasing the gas pedal for a second, but that doesn't work for such a long turn from my experience.
There's also an Easy Right Easy Left just a bit ahead of that section of the track before the finish line which can throw me off if I'm not looking for it. I can't remember if you'd have that track available in a single race mode, but, if you do, then you should obviously go there to practice the track. You should also know to choose the off road tires for your vehicle as that rally is mostly dirt.
