i JUST BORROWED THIS GAME, AND I LOVED IT BUT TO GET 975 ACHIVEMENT POINT'S IN A DAY AND NEVER CAME 2ND UNTILL i WENT FOR THE 1000 MILES ACHIVEMENT THIS WAS ALMOST THE EASYEST GAME I PLAYED ON XBOX (APART FROM LOST) GOD THAT WAS A WALK IN THE PARK. BUT IT WAS A GREAT LOOKING GAME TRUELY STUNNING CAR'S WERE GOOD TRACK'S LOOK STUNNING AND ONLINE WAS GOOD i HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. IF YOU EVER NEED TIP'S JUST ASK

What difficulty did you play on, Pro (the highest)? Also, it took you four days to get the achievements (not counting the 1,000 mile one), not one day...

sorry man just wakeing up done it on pro am first time round then to buy all the cars and liverys I played through on pro which still when you get in to it . is still not that hard

Cool... Yea, the AI is definitely not hard to beat, but sometimes I just go too fast and end up in a tree - terminal damage, LOL...

When you play the harder levels damage is greater as well a tree become's a mounting but when I played it the game felt smooth. Dont no if you play this game on the first xbox rally champ that played just as good. hpe thay make a dirt 2 with plenty more tree's lol

Well, I'm not uber or anything, so this game is a challenge for me.  Maybe if I had a racing wheel it would be easier, but it is just so easy to oversteer with my thumbs.  I'm learning to set up my car to compensate for that, but it slows me down a little on hard turns.

trust man i never tuned my car once just chill let the game become one with your hand's. I was a bit mellow at the time maybe that helped

Well, use a racing wheel is way harder and better :)

True but then again could never complete burnout on gamecube with joypad, but no problem with steering wheel god no's how mite try one day rally is fun with the wheel

I just picked this game up after getting GRID and loving it. I am currently on career mode and on Pro difficulty and I must say that it is challenging me. I do not know the tracks yet and that could have something to do with it, but I do not tweak the vehicle at all. Are all the achievements still possible to get if I knock the difficulty down a notch til I learn the tracks? Anyway, great game!

Doing this game on harder mode's help's you get money a lot quicker and will help with buying all the car's

Honestly, if you think this game is too easy than choose a more difficult setting. It gives you the option before EVERY race. This is the same type of complaint you hear people making about Oblivion and that has 100 different difficulty settings. The vast majority of gamers would rather play a game that was too easy than too hard.

30/10/08 to 04/11/08, it's not 1 day ...

   Just remember, Achievements are not the only thing you can go for in a game. Apart from bumping up the difficulty setting, go beyond the bare minimum of the game. The milage Achievement will take you some time to complete and so will the Achievements for purchasing cars. I re-did races over and over again and I purchased every single livery in the game - it adds extra gameplay and you can go for those better lap times at the same time.

Some of the events are hard to enter(need a certain cars)

Some cars aren't very fast and I always crashing.

yes it has very easy compared with previous Colin McRae games.

even in Pro is rather easy to finish, and the achievements came to easy (except for the 1000 miles)

I don´t think that is an easy game. You can get 1000 gamerscore quite quickly. But playing it on the hardest difficulty level makes the game very difficult and only available for the greatest racing gamers.

This game is pretty easy. After playing a little on Pro Am, now I can win with ease on Pro difficulty. Still it's fun and graphics are gorgeous.

yeah.. if u notice, the AI for all level are all the same (easy to beat them).... for PRO AM, the only different is the damage that u'll take on ur car...
other than that, i have to agree, its an easy game, if u dont crash ur car...

So far I open up the tier four level but the game itself is getting harder now.
