Yes, the V8 controls do take some getting used to (always have) but once you get the hang of it and begin discovering all the various strategies, trust us -- it just gets better and better :)

A few basic tips to get you started:

• If your car gets flipped upside down, keep hitting the Left Stick repeatedly either to the left or to the right. Do not wiggle it left-right. Pick your direction and hammer it!

• Practice power-turns -- press Gas + Brake + steer Left or Right to turn on a dime. This is a critical skill in V8!

• Please read the 'How To Play' section within Help & Options -- there are a number of useful screens, explaining all the basics and some strategies!

I am stoked by this game.  I am more excited to go home and play V8 than I am to go play Fallout 3, and I love F3.  Playing this on the 360 after so much time with a PS1 controller and then a Dreamcast controller, it feels so right.  Controls are wonky, but that's V8.  So much fun, see you online.

Well the game is a bit stiff and to floatly but i bought it anyway and i got friends to buy it.   I wanna support this enough to see a full retail game int he future xD.   I rem this was suppose to release like 7 months ago xD.   im a huge V8 fan also.
