Not nessecarily - they pushed the EFEC out of a territory yesterday and managed not to lose another one to russia...  As more folks get into the game we could see them being a more powerful faction than they show currently.

In my mind it's the conflict between EFEC and Russia that's been more interesting to watch.  Their fighting in Brenner pass ... Again!

JSF is the strongest faction in terms of off-map support.
RSGB is a close second
EFEC is at a severe disadvantage.

Looks like the only hope for Russia and USA is to carve a path towards Paris and have a full frontal assault on Europes capital. Then Europe would be so hung up on taking Paris that it would give USA and Russia a few days to take back some territories. I think I am going to play as the Spetznaz, they seem like the Underdogs, and the USA looks like its going to fall.
