Due to an issue with the sending of email on the part of UPS, you will sometimes receive an error when attempting to view and print the shipping label that is emailed to you for repair purposes. To solve this issue until UPS fixes things on their end, do this:
1) Click the link that brings you to the error page
2) Find the address bar of your browser, and locate '%3D'
3) Replace '%3D' with '=' in the address bar
4) Press Enter with your cursor in the address bar
