I managed to find all the flags, it was the bloody Templars that gave me the most stress lol, I had to play through about 3 times and THEN get the conversationalist because I missed it, if you check my achievements you'll see I did everything else and then those 2 were done something ridiculous like 8 months later lol

Signed. I'm still undecided whether the flaghunting made sense or not. I think they should have done something similar to the glitches, so that if you got like 85% of all flags then you get the achievement. For instance I feel it's stupid that you get 1000/1000 with only half the investigations done but you HAVE to find all flags&templars... I loved this game, even with its shortcomings. And I plan to buy&play the sequel...

You need to have a memory card for your xbox 360, when you turn on the game select new game and select new location which is the memory card. (This way, your original game will not be affected). Then you don't need to go quest by quest to get this achievement, just go straight to the main missions, don't bother getting the leap of faith on each tower just skip everything possible. Go to xbox360a.org for more details.
I went through this process cause when I was done with the game I still had the "coversionist" locked.
It takes you about a couple of hours to get it done but it is a sure deal. Hope this helps.

I enjoyed the game so much more on the second playthrough (didn't get the Lucy or glitches first time round)

So /signed

I beat the game once, 100%. Then I actually signed up for LIVE, lost my old tag, and had to beat the game again.

So, no problem. I beat it, and... I somehow missed the Conversationalist Achievement. Finally I just rush headlong through the game, get the achievement, and found every flag/Templar at a nice, easy pace.

 Hit 1000 so /Signed!

Needed the kingdom (PTA)
and a flag before hitting the last leg of the game.

Can't wait to do it all again in AC2  >.<

1000/1000 signed! After a long run chasing flags and talking to Lucy! Damn am I happy right now!

Finished on Saturday 10/3. Very big thanks to the person who posted YouTube videos of how to run around and get all flags and Templars. Never would have done it without those.

after 3 restarts. signed. i kept ending up with 58 templers and 99 flags in the kingdom. i got lazy and didnt always refer to the maps or use them as a checklist when i found a flag/ killed a dude. restarted on Thursday and 1245 am killed the last templer, on accident in fact i wasnt even looking for him yet. he just jumped me.
