Anyone know if the Hard difficulty is available for each level if you play through on Normal, or do you have to play through on Hard to unlock each Hard level?  I lost my gamesave but only need one Hard level to beat--was gonna play thru it on easy to get to Final Battle, then play that level on Hard..

Yes hard difficulty is available, so you not need to play all the levels on hard.

You can play each level in the difficulty that you want. But achievements are not stackable so you need to play its level twice to get both achievements. So play first in normal to get the hang of the level and then try it on hard.
