This thread is more for tracking occurances of the 80070570 error message specifically. Can you post your concern in a different thread?
In your new thread can you answer the following(except for the second question, it may be good for others who experience Marketplace error messages to answer similar questions in their own threads),
- Have tried to download your content at different times in the day to see if you are able to fill up your Active Downloads then?
- Have you tried downloading content using the Xbox Live Marketplace on Xbox.com application to see if you can fill up your Download Queue on Xbox.com instead?
- Have you tried to test your connection to Xbox Live using the Connection tool found in the
Network Settings area of the
System Settings slot? Does the test give any indication of any issues with your connection?
- How is your network setup? ISP? Router, modem?
- What is the full error message that you are seeing with the 8007274c error code?
- Finally, have you tried to clear your system's cache recently?
