Bad controls + Bad characters+ Bad gameplay mechanics+Bad Graphics+ ANNOYING soundtrack(the sound that plays when you unlock a new mission makes me want to drive a nail through my forehead)+ Disgustingly boring mini games = F-

I have never seen so many shitty mini games in one place.
99% of the tennis matches are a piece of cake. You have to have an IQ of about 6 to lose.
 
When i started playing and saw "collect rings" as a mini game, and then when I unlocked the next mission.."Collect moving rings" or something equally stupid, I knew this game was the sorriest excuse for a tennis game in history.

This game sucks. Never buy it. Ever.

MS please bundle a different game with the 360 arcade, you'll be saving thousands of people from self-inflicted pain due to frustration.

Anyone who likes this game, for any other reason than having a sub-preschool intelligence level, is flat out insane.

I thought it was a pretty decent game when I had it. But what do you expect from a Sonic title. it's aimed for kids. Though I agree on the characters, never heard of most of them.

have 2 say dont agree... not the best game on the market but its ok for the kids and not everyone is good at comp games so it gives folk who find playing the computer hard a game to play

Bit of an over reaction

It's a decent rental title and as far as games that feature a certain blue hedgehog go this one is one of their better efforts of late.

The fact that anyone considers this a good sonic game shows just how far sonic has fallen, since this game is terrible.

Well seeing as how you declared it to be the worst game ever maybe you could explain how it worse than say, Superman 64, Custer's Revenge and the abomination that was Sonic the Hedgehog 2006.

I tend not to waste money on bad games, blue hedgehogs included or not. Therefore, I can't argue. But this game is terrible. No question about it.

Honestly..its a tennis game..and ur forced to play more mini games than actual tennis.

Its unfortunate that this trash is packaged with the arcade. I know its targeted towards kids, but that doesnt mean we have to torture kids with bad games. There are tons of good kids games on the 360.

Sega has this problem with all of their sonic games lately. In the newest one, you're forced to play shitty "werehog" sonic instead of actual sonic, when really, all we want to do is play as sonic.

This trend started with Sonic Adventure 1 and has just gotten worse ever since. I don't mind additional characters but it should never come down to YOU HAVE TO USE THIS GUY NOW.

If Sega Tennis is the worst game you have ever played then you have dodged alot of crap. There is fun to be had in this game but you do have to wade through alot of garbage

... I only hate it when I can't solve it

i rented it from my library and i gotta say its pretty fun its a basic game its not meant to be a very in depth game. its really meant for kids but some1 like me who has grown up from the nintendo days to the new systems and playing the original sonic games and all of the other sega games. as far as im concerned this game is more fun then the 2 other tennis games for the 360 even if this is more basic.

I found the demo to be entertaining. Especially fighting back zombies with tennis balls. I guess I'm insane then!



(P.S. I also found sonic heroes to be fun)

I thought it was a pretty decent game, it was pretty basic though and for some reason everyone online sucked. But that's probably because i was the only person who continued to play online after their first game lol.

I agree with basically everything.. I thought it was an arcade game lol.. it was fun for like a few hours with some friends, because it was so brutal to play we just laughed the whole time haah

They're colourful and crisp. They work very well. It's refreshing to see a game where the graphics are colourful opposed to everything being in gun metal grey. But hey, all the good graphics in the world can't make up for simple, boring gameplay where, lets face it, there's only really 2 buttons.

Tbh, all the games you mentioned are far superior to Superstars Tennis; overrated or not. Having said that, I do enjoy Superstars Tennis for what it is. I never had any preconceptions of it being anything above average so I'm not disappointed.

Tbh, all the games you mentioned are far superior to Superstars Tennis; overrated or not. Having said that, I do enjoy Superstars Tennis for what it is. I never had any preconceptions of it being anything above average so I'm not disappointed.

I find it ironic that halo 3 is in his recently played games. Along with a bunch of other sub par garbage like superstar tennis.

And its not like i was super hyped for this shitty game,  I never even wanted it. It came with the arcade 360, and i shared my thoughts, hoping to dissuade anyone from wasting 60$ because they might have had hopes for it.

It's a bad game. Good for small, easily amused children sure. Perfect even. But for anyone with a fully developed brain...not so much.

If you don't enjoy halo 3, why did you buy a map pack for it?

What does an fps being overpopulated have to do with anything? Would you prefer to wait 10 minutes to find a game? Lobbies only hold somewhere around 12-24 players max in the games you mentioned. What does it matter if theres a lot of people playing?

Every online game has lag. Show me a lag free game. I dare you. I haven't tried superstars tennis online, but if it's anything like the rest of the game im sure its much worse than any of the games you mentioned.

I don't believe im forcing you to read what I post. Feel free to go waste ur time on halo. Not only ignorant, but a hypocrite too. You've got over 1000 achievement points in halo 3! Obviously you at some time enjoyed playing the game. Gears 1 and 2 also on ur tag.
Cod4 will go down as one of the best games of this generation, if not as one of the best online multiplayer console fps games ever. Do you hate it because mommy wouldn't let you buy it with ur allowance?

And Cod5 is far from overrated, since the general consensus is that is a considerable step down from cod4..
