What's the difference between Indie Games and Community Games?
Nothing - the service used to be called Community games. Now its called Indie Games. Its the same thing.

Do Indie games have achievements or leader boards

Biology Battle implemented its own peer to peer leaderboards which require gold membership. Other games may do this in the future but its not the same thing as a global leaderboard.

Why can't I play Indie Games offline
Yes we know you are not warned about this in advance.
No it nothing to do with the game - all indie games behave the same.
You technically only have to be online to start the game, not play it - though we know that doesn't help much.
Right now the only thing you can do is call Xbox support and tell them you want a refund, and explain politely that you purchased a indie game and since you cannot play it offline you want a refund. This is the correct way to get feedback to Microsoft. Maybe they will provide a warning in the future. It doesn't seem likely that the restriction will be lifted any time soon.

I want to play Dishwasher, JellyCar, Culture, Proximity or Little Gamers where are they?
These were all games assoiated with XNA/Indie Games or released as early demos.

Why can't I see Indie Games?
1. You need Xbox permissions to see unrated content - i.e. if you are on a child account you may be restricted. How to promote a child account
2. You need to be in USA, Canada, UK, France, Spain or Italy (or you Live account needs to think you are)

When will {my country} get XBLIG?
We don't know. Microsoft has not released a schedule and asking in these forums or the XNA forums will not help anything. We do know that XBLIG requires XBL so if your country does not have XBL then the chance is currently 0%
