With the new tracks coming out for Guitar Hero, what happened to all those music video skins demoed when this game came out? When are they going to be released? Did this game not sell well to warrant new skins?

That's what I'm thinking. They probably looked at sales of the last released content and made the judgement to axe the music vids. Too bad really as this game has become one of my all-time favorites. Could have been the biggest game on Live ever had they 1) Made the pricing fair/clear and 2) Fixed online lag

yeah they lied completely. even still on the microsoft site it says they are going to add the heavenly star skin availible for download for a certain amount of microsoft points. you pay a price for a product and expect what was told you were going to get. before to long i suspect xbox getting sued to to fraudulent claims about thier xbox live arcade.

Q? might do something around the time of the E4 release. Something like the video skins for download? Who knows. Maybe Lumines Live! is a distant memory for them.

I'm guessing the game bombed because of its high price and bad press... and they just do not feel like it is worth supporting it anymore.

I definately feel they abandoned the game. Remember at E3 when we saw Madonna as a background in one of the skins? Pssh. It could have been a great vessel for music videos or just selling music in general. All we ever got was one music video! Not sure what fell through, but it could have been great. Hopefully they'll update the achievements like they did for Small Arms.

i don't think they've abandoned the game. too many people still play and love it.

my thoughts are: they're bringing out lumines 3 soon and will probably have something for us then instead of giving out their surprises too early. be patient and keep petitioning them. i'm sure they're listening to us atm.

I never find anyone plyaing online in ranked or player matches.

I still play the game a lot, but I rarely play it online, but, I WOULD play this game online a lot of the online mode wasn't completely broken. I have NEVER played a round of online Lumines (and I've probably played 30 games online since the time it came out) that wasn't so utterly laggy it as effectively unplayable. Couldn't somebody with some actual PvP - Live coding experience at Microsoft have helped them code it so it was playable online?

I guess the real question is HOW did this game pass Microsoft's QA with the multiplayer code that is in the game?

it would be awesome if this game had more DLC this holiday season.

maybe i'm dreaming, but this game did make almost $3 million dollars in sales according to VGchartz.com.

I do have 91 skins for this game... and maybe I'm missing a few.. I don't know. I heard you unlock more skins by playing puzzle mode.

I've kind of given up hope on new content coming for lumines live. It would have been really nice if they could fix the online issues though.
