Err...Hello! Microsoft! We fixing this game or what?
There's a problem for a lot of us out there...we can't play this game, the controller does not respond.  I've deleted the game several times and reinstalled it.  Your reps are ridiculously retarded, they haven't a clue...all they can conjure up is placing blame on my three controllers and constantly ask me "have you had problems in other games? What kind of controller am I using? Are your batteries charged? Are your controllers having a hard time connecting?" Complete idiots!  I talked on the phone for 45 minutes to two different people...they haven't a clue! I've tried the sign out trick and sign in during the game...doesn't work either.

Another one MS! Same problem with Mine! Fix this ARCADE BS, Ive paid for these games I would like to be able to play them, First Double Dragon, Which the problem has been around for months and now I try to play this and no response by the game! I love the DRM you have us eating!

Using the license transfer tool to move the license over appears to fix the issue.

Just tried the game tonight after receiving my repaired console.  Paper that came with it instructed me on doing the License transfer.  Did that and my game still does not respond.

Seems odd.  Did you try deleting the game, re-downloading it and then transferring the license?
That seems to be the procedure that works for everyone.  Maybe the order is important?
