Do you know the hammer icons you see that modify areas like lamp posts etc. You have to find all them and edit them all. You can use rigger view to look around more easily. There's about 30-40 of them throughout the world. There is none in the metro and the crane / bridge area. I'm pretty sure there isn't any in the museum / dc area aswell. That should narrow down the search ;)

	i dont fink u actualy have to get them all. i found i got the achievement n then found a few more afterwuds,lyk atleast 4 or 5 same with the cash spots achievement too actualy duno if it was my game bein weird or jst standard u know
