After so much time, I´ve played a little more to earn those points I couldn´t get back in the day, and I now have 750/750 achievement points. That´s the maximum obtainable, and there are only a few people with this hard achievement, meaning I´ve got 165.000/173.000 points in the game. You need to perfect nearly anything, I´ve 1000/1000 in most minigames, quite a lot ~900, etc.

Thanks to anyone that have posted any tip of the game, I hope there is more people after this one... And just a pitty Ubisoft is so lazy to patch the game, although getting to 173.000 would be the closest thing to impossible.
