Before I start, yes I know the game is awesome. I've been a fan of Q Entertainment games for a while now and I loved the trial of this game. The only thing that questions my purchase is the multiplayer. Do people play this game online (I don't want to wait for 20-30 minutes for one game like on Lumines Live) and is the multiplayer dull or does it have some variety and how bad is the lag when it comes to intercontinental matches?

Plenty of people are currently playing, and the different planets give it lots of variety.  The problem is, the lag is really bad when playing someone from the other side of the world.  Like, really bad.  There is NO REASON for the game to lag the CURSOR, but it does.  You do get used to it, but it's not ideal in the least.

Still, when you play against someone from your same country, it's lots of fun, and you can create a match that's only open to those close to you.  I still recommend the game.

I second that. Lag cross country is brutal but you can make it so you only matchmake with people in your country. Since there are 22 planets all with their different play styles there is a good amount of variety. The leaderboards add some fun too, currently I'm bouncing around in the top ten for 100 meteo attack as Forte. If you have enjoyed previous meteos games you'll like this one. And hard mode is brutal!

There is slight lag in multiplayer but you'll adjust after one game.
