Not only PGR4 has this Audio-glitch.I have to admit that I smiled, when I first startet Fight Night Round 4.... Before the Fight, when loads of data is moving, the music stutters like in PGR4. Crazy;-)But it's not in the game itself, so I play FNR4 from HDD. PGR4 is only for CD-playing, or you really risk to get nuts.
