I'm with you on this request. If there is anyone else out there who is with us. Get on board and ask Microsoft to add NFL Fever 2004 to the list of Backwardscompatible games.

i sent MS an email telling them to please add this to there BC list. I personally think that this game is way better than any other football game, and in some ways way better than Madden 06 for the 360. I won the superbowl and they didnt have a freakin celebration for God's sake. PLEASE MS GIVE US NFL FEVER ON THE 360!!!!!!!!!

well when i first got the xbox this was my first game and i loved it. i would enjoy to see this on the xbox 360 list as i am sure all of you would. but on to some bad news. there will probally never be another nfl fever game. ea sports has bought the rights to make nfl sports games and pnly they, ea, can make a liscinsed game. i am not completely sure when there deal expires but i am sure it is not any time soon, it will probally expire when the next xbox after the 360 comes out. sorry to bust you guys bubbles.

As much as I would love to see a new one, esp. with the power of the 360, I don't think it'll happen. EA has every football license taken (Pro, College, and Arena).

This can not happen in 06, for the 2005 version of Madden EA used its deep pockets to buy out a 5 season exclusive deal to be the only company that can use NFL teams, players and stadiums (thats 05. Sorry folks unless EA gives up its big money contract no new versions of Fever, NFL (the sega version) or even Blitz with offical NFL teams till 2010/2011 season.

Thank you EA for killing the competion and using your big bankbook to make sure that for 5 versions you do not need to innovate or improve in AI, Gameplay or features. You have no choice its either EA or EA.

    i love nfl fever 04 i downloaded the madden demo offa xbox live and it sucked nfl ruled it was gr8 fun the graphics were awesome altho i never played online as i never got live i do now and i want to play it  ---- im sure they are in the process of makign an 07 game but thats too long so add it the hte bc list please

I wish their would be a new NFL Fever for the Xbox 360 as well. I never got to play '03 or '04 online since I didn't have Live and I missed out on everything. :(

Madden has sort of a lead and read.  Its called the "QB Cone".  You can turn it on and off in Madden 07 and its on all the time in Madden 06

I remember way back in the day when I had this game. It was definately my favourite football game of all time. I will look around for this game.

 

BTW, there was a petition for them to make Mechassault 1 and 2 backward compatible. Many people signed and supported the petition and Mechassault 2 was eventually made BC. If you get enough people to say they want this M$ may listen.

NFL Fever 2004 IS backwards compatible now.  However, there is a playcalling glitch where the play you want doesn't correspond with the picture shown in the menu.  This happens on offense and defense.
A new NFL Fever game would be great, but everyone's right- EA sucked up the licensing.
Maybe Microsoft could fix the compatibility issues so atleast we'd have some fever, even if it's 2004.
