Rooster Hat Glitched! (Last Achievement Won't Unlock!)

I destroyed the building in 1-4 and got the Hat Unlock icon, but it doesn't appear under my player settings, and the Mad Hatter (20) cheevo won't unlock!

Is there a workaround or fix for this that I can do?  I'm pretty upset!  Worked hard for that 12/12.

Haha!  That's silly!  YOU HAVE TO BE OUT OF THE TANK when you blow up the building for the cheevo to unlock.
