not sure. what i did was schedule as many away games as i could. i had a lot of away games at high ranked schools and a tourney before i even had a home game. once i did well on that portion of the schedule my team was ranked (i was playing as Fullerton in the lowly big west). i figured that more fans would see the team if we were a contender and since i didn't have a lot of home games maybe the fans would show. in the end i got the achievement even though Titan Gym only holds like 8,000.
