Will the PAL Version of this game Play on a US XBOX 360 ?

I purchase this game from Hong Kong for $20 new. I received it today and it is in PAL format.

The site stated that it was region free and it would play on all xboxes. I am finding so many conflicting views on this subject. Does anyone have first hand info on PAL Games working in the US. The site that I bought from had other US buyers that haven't had any issues with their purchases. Please advise!

It works, last month I did the same thing, the only difference is the way the start menu looks but that's about all.
