Most 06 games were taken offline by EA in 2008...Same thing for Tiger Woods 06

Did they take Madden 07 down too? I have been trying to get the live opponent achievement and I keep getting "The EA servers are not available at this time" message. I hope not.

You don't actually need to play an online game to get this achievement.  Just enter the menu for a franchise mode game, and select the Live Opponent screen & it will unlock.  I couldn't get it to unlock for a Play Now game.

Life will be over once MADDEN 08 is pulled off-line. The last good Madden game. We will be left with the new slow crap.
