Alright, use this thread if you want the dollcatcher achievement. No dolls will be handed out in this thread. You will only get the achievement because just about all of the dolls the users on this list have are mine. It took a lot of work to get so many complete sets, so we use the vendor trick.

All you do is join the game of someone on the list and they will sell one doll to a vendor and purchase it back. The game will know that you witnessed them gain all of the dolls and your achievement will pop.

Here is the list. Please make sure to read through all of the rules before asking for help.

~Fable 2 FAQ~
Credit: JawsVictim

What this guide is:
Basic information that people want answered while playing Fable II. I'm going to cover some key features, as well as the questions that keep popping up in the Fable II forums. I'm going to keep it as spoiler free as possible, and if anyone has questions they want added they can send me an email and I will do my best to answer them.
Important note: For all your achievement questions, gargoyle locations, silver key locations, you want this site, although I do answer some of the more common ones: (http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/showthread.php?t=97824). Explains everything in easy to understand english. It has been reposted here: (http://forums.xbox.com/23552799/ShowPost.aspx) in the xbox forums. If you're having a unique problem and you're concerned it's not a game issue and it's a glitch or bug, the official bug list forum can be found here: (http://forums.xbox.com/23574690/ShowPost.aspx) where you can also submit your own. Please read each of the Question and answers as they are done in the order of frequency asked in the forums, and your question is most likely on here. If it isn't and it's a decent enough one to be added, leave a comment and I'll PM a mod to have the FAQ updated with your question.

Info about me:
1.) How did you get Fable II early?
www.NewEgg.com broke the release date, and I chose overnight shipping. I got the game the next day and played it.
2.) Is it fun?
Yes.
3.) Can you give me gold?
No.
4.) Will you pop into my game so I can get [whatever]?
Typically no. I'm a college student and I have classwork to do, and I also enjoy playing other games.
5.) Is this game worth my time and money?
If you want to blast through the game and only do the story, then it's a rental and you can beat it in 6-10 hours. If you want to play the game for everything its worth you will get a good week or two out of this and I would reccomend a buy.
6.) Convince me to buy this game.
No, do the research and make an informed decision by yourself.

Forum Etiquette:
1.) ALWAYS USE THE TAG SPOILERS IF YOU'RE GOING TO POST ANY.
2.) Offering gold for an item or achievement, whatever, is null. Gold can be easily glitched (as stated below), so you are more likely to get a better response if you offer stuff like achievements, legendary weapons, etc for whatever it is you need.
3.) Check each FAQ and guide BEFORE posting a question in the forums. Ever wonder where my sig came from? He couldn't take it anymore when the 50th person asked about the fable2.com chest. Do some research, and take the time to look up the info you need and you might be surprised at how easy the answer can be.

Onto the game info.

Fable II Pub Games info:
1.)What are the Glitching Consequences?
There are none! I glitched 2.3 million gold and got all the items, transferred it into my game and my character received it. Nothing bad has happened, except for a few people saying "It must be nice to be able to rent out houses" and the like. My character is 100% good and pure, and has nothing bad happening to him. Why would Peter Molyneaux say we're in for a big surprise? Because he was trying to cover himself from there being a broken glitch affecting the games, which it did. On an aside, offering money for services/items in the forums is moot, money can be easily obtained. You will want to offer legendary weapons or dolls or something of value to achievements. There are no consequences, except for the fact the game is truly easy.
2.) How do you glitch for gold in Fable II pub games?
Get a 5 star rating and go to fortune's tower (Keep in mind, you must not have the patch for the game installed, to remove all patches and do system maintenance go to memory and click on it. Highlight your memory drive and type in Y, x, X, LB, RB, X, X. This will remove ALL updates and patches on ALL your games, so use this cautiously.) Bet the lowest amount. Before the card hits the table hit LB and it will magically raise to the highest bet. Even if you lose, it only deducts the lowest bid amount, so it's very easy to quickly rack up the gold.
3.) What does the Mysterious Ring do?
You can't wear it, so I gave it to my spouse as an engagement ring. The only thing I can guess is it gives double negative emotions/double positive emotions.
4.) How do I transfer all my delicious items and gold into my Fable II game?
Simply go to the nearest pub (Bowerstone) and sit down for a game of Keystone. It will ask if you want to merge a bar patron with your character, choose yes, and your character in Fable II pub games disappears to be replaced with a silhoutte of your hero. Once you open up the pub games again and choose your hero you unlock the Fabled Financier achievement for 0 gamer points.
5.) How does Debt work in the Fable II world?
If you decide to transfer debt into Fable II, you have a couple ways of working it off. You can pay it off by working jobs like blacksmithing, woodcutting, etc. Or you can do community service which usually involves killing criminals or monsters. You can only do community service when the game master reports you to the authorities for excessive non payment in game.

Fable 2 Online Puppet Show FAQ:

1.) Where is this and WHAT is this?
It's here: (http://fable2.xbox.com/experience.aspx?lang=en-US) and it's a puppet show that details the main characters ancestor's story. You can win a total of 5 prizes in 3 different choices, all of them good for any game save you have. It's a bit like a mini fable where your choices have the direct consequences shown in the game.
2.) The chest in the hero's guild says go to Fable2.com, what do I do?
Go to http://fable2.xbox.com/experience.aspx?lang=en-US Make sure you're logged in on xbox.com and win the prizes, being sure to redeem them.
3.) What are the prizes, exactly? How do I get all of them?
When you are at the end pick each of the three crowns, whatever you pick before doesn't matter. Just be sure to pick each of the three crowns. The prizes are: a.) Nasty Expression Book. b.) Apacalyptic Pink Dye c.) 3 piece chicken suit d.) Lionhead Tattoo e.) Hero Doll.
4.) I can't log in, my age is over 18 but it still won't let me play, why not?
Can't say. Must be some kind of issue with your gamertag or with xbox.com, wait a couple days and try again. I personally do not think the rewards are worth any trouble, but it is fun to watch the show.
5.) Why won't my chicken kicking game load, and what are the prizes for it anyway?
It doesn't load, I don't know why. The prizes for it are a measly 500 gold and a title, something like Lord of the Barnyard or something similar. Totally not worth the time and effort.

Fable 2 Limited Edition (LE) Problems:
1.) I didn't get a Hobbe doll or fate cards, what the ***?
These were cut before release. No one got them.
2.) I didn't get a 48 hour trial card, what the ***?
These were mistakes that they weren't given, if you want online just pay for the full year and enjoy gold membership.
3.) I didn't get my LE Halo armor or dungeon codes, what the ***?
Yeah that sucks, although the 10$ extra wasn't worth these bonuses in my opinion. As for a solution, go to this link (http://www.xbox.com/en-US/support/games/fable2/default.htm) and follow the directions, you should get the limited edition content within 10 business days.
4.) I did get my code but where do I get the actual stuff in game, what the ***?

They will be in the chest with the online items in the Hero's Guild. If you already opened it, you screwed yourself out of getting the items on that playthrough, you'll have to start a new game. For the Wreckager, You can find it in The Hall of the Dead dungeon in Bloodstone's harbor, assuming you've already downloaded the contents using the code given to you. Dive in the water and look for the dive spot for the hall of the dead dungeon.
5.) Can I trade my halo armor to non LE people?
No you can't. You can invite them into your game to see it, and they can also see your hall of the dead dungeon, but you cannot trade it to them.

Fable II game info:
1.) Will Fable II give me the Red Ring of Death (RroD) on my Xbox by playing it?
This is the same question that comes out with every new release. It happened with GTAIV, its happening with Fable II, and I bet it will happen with Fallout 3. NO, this game will not CAUSE your xbox 360 to have RROD. Constant overplaying without any breaks resulting in a weak system will break your xbox.
2.) Is co-op available?
Yes, you download a patch immediatly on booting the game. It has a joined camera, so that isn't a bug or glitch.
3.) How does co-op work?
you set who you want to see in the game under options. I set mine for everyone in the world, and it shows orbs floating with people's gamertags and pictures. In addition, you can speak through your headset at any time and they can hear you. This can get quite crowded in the Town Square with the shops, houses, and jobs and all the gamers uniting for questing. Once you see someone you want to invite, click on their orb with a LT, then choose interact and invite to invite them to your game, or gift to give them a gift, or kick to kick them out and load another random person into your world.
4.) How does the scarring system work?
When you die, you will lose some experience and heroically rise to full health. You'll get scars for it though. To stop this, you buy resurection potions that will help you keep your experience and face scar free.
5.) The chest in the hero's guild says go to Fable2.com, what do I do?
Go to http://fable2.xbox.com/experience.aspx?lang=en-US Make sure you're logged in on xbox.com and win the prizes. Choose one of the three crowns at the end to get each of the 3 prizes, for a total of 5 prizes. Go back in the game and it will be in the chest now. This works for multiple game saves.
6.) What activities in the game will make you fat?
Drinking beer, setting your property taxes high, and eating pies.
7.) How do I make my fat character thin again?
Easy, you need to eat celery. This can be bought from the Bowerstone Market Town Square veggie vendor in front of the furniture store, or in Oakfield in front of the windmill. Buy the celery that says -5 fat and then go to sleep for 7 days, buy again. Rinse Repeat.
8.) How do I buy Fairfax Castle/Brightwood Tower?
You have to have 1 million gold and have beaten the game, then you will have a quest to buy Fairfax Castle. Brightwood tower can only be purchased at the end of the game as well, and has a fun quest at the top of the tower where you sleep in an enchanted bed.
9.) I need help on [insert achievement here] or finding [silver key] or [gargoyle]?
There is only one achievement guide I use, and it's the best one on the net:http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/showthread.php?t=97824 will answer all your achievement questions.
10.) How do I have *** with my spouse?
First you have to have the come back to my place expression, which can be bought at the bowerstone book store, it's the book called "Come hither". If the store doesn't have it, you'll have to come back later as they randomly restock it.
11.) How do I have kids with my spouse?
Simply have lots of unprotected *** with your spouse, and eventually a child will pop out.
12.) How do I make my kids grow up from babies into little 9 year old kids?
Do a main mission quest (like go to the spire, or hero of the will) and they will grow older. Also do quests. At end game, you can simply go away and sleep for 7 days and they will grow older.
13.) Is there even armor in this game?
No, just clothes. Sorry. Complain to Peter Molyneaux.
14.) Where are all of captain Dread's treasure chests?
This was taken from the gamespot forums, user gogetalife411. Please note there is a gargoyle on the cliff as you exit the water in the center of the island.
1. swim around the rocks on the beach and get that chest.
2. there is a chest in the lower level of the wrecked ship on the beach
3. there is a chest on top of a wrecked ship on the beach
4. as soon as you get into the room with the island..you must jump to a ledge to your left to reach that chest (dont dive)
5. there is a whirlpool you can dive in the room with the island.
6. there is a chest behind the farthest waterfall
7. there is a chest on the island
8. there is a dig spot on the island
9. chest inside the little cave
10 chest after little cave when you jump from the ledge
15.) How do I sacrifice people at the temple of Shadows? How do I get to it?
Temple of shadows is in RookRidge, easiest way to get to it is to go by oakfield road and walk up to the church at the hill. It's big and scary and intimidating. To sacrifice people at the wheel of misfortune, simply go to a town and find a few people who will follow you using the follow command, and lead them to the temple. Go to the lever and they'll stand in the center, and one of the horrible fates will happen to them. The ultimate prize is this weapon that does double damage to innocents like guards or civilians, and glows black. Mystical midnight is 12:00 am to 1:00 am, and you need to make a truly evil sacrifice, which is your spouse. So plan the time and bring them in there, then sacrifice them to get your sword.
16.) How do I get the duelist achievement?
Read the achievements guide I posted above, and if you still don't get it (I didn't) watch this youtube video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gbh9gIw1c5wZ) which should set you on the right path.
17.) What about the dollcatcher achievement?
This one is a real pain. Go to the Westcliff shooting range, and place second, which is score between 150-170 points. You'll get one of 5 hero dolls, Lucien, Reaver, Hammer, Garth, or Theresa. You will ONLY get one type no matter how many times you play it. So if you get Hammer like me, you will always get Hammer. Get 6 of them, then start shouting in bowerstone town square to trade with people. Once you have all 5 and the Hero Doll from the fable 2 puppet show game, you will get the achievement. The official Dollcatcher request thread on the xbox forums is here: (http://forums.xbox.com/23555151/ShowPost.aspx), so log in and make your requests.
18.) The statue in Bloodstone won't react to any expressions I do, and I need the silver key! What do I do?
Wait for a patch. Seriously. I had this same problem with 49/50 keys and I wasn't able to get it until a kind person let me see them get the last silver key in their co-op world. So unless you can do that, there's only one other possible solution: An extra key in Wraithmarsh. In the Tomb of Twinblade in his sacrophagus is an extra key that's not mentioned in the guide, but all the online guides include it. until someone posts the other key's location, you'll be stuck at 49/50.
19.) How do I get the 500 ft Cliff Diving Achievement?
Do the Quest Treasure Island of DOOM in Bloodstone and you'll have to dive down into a cavern and get the achievement.
20.) I played as evil, now I want to be good, how do I raise my good and purity levels?
Raising your good is very easy if you have lots of cash and your bowerstone old town is a slum. Simply go to bowerstone old town and find a bum sitting down, and gift him TONS Of gold. I have him 1 million gold and got 100% good. Corruption, however, is trickier. The quickest way to raise yourself pure from corruption is to set the rent on every building you own to -100 or negative as far as it will go, and then eat lots of veggies that give you +Pure. You shoudl get it in 10-15 minutes doing it this way. If you can't do the above two methods, you'll need to do good deeds and quests until it goes up and make sure you don't gamble or drink.
21.) I played as good, now I want to be evil! What do I do?
Really now, simply turn off your safety and start slaughtering towns. You will be evil in 5 minutes. Also, drink lots of beer and gamble to lower your purity into corruption. I personally find playing evil more fun in this game, while being good is more rewarding.
22.) I can't find the last person in the Oakfild Massacre Quest! Help?
Stand still and wait for the breadcrumb trail to show you where they are.
23.) How do I raise the town economy?
Buy the houses and set the rent incredibly low, and buy everything they have for sale will increase the economy, keep in mind it must happen over time.
24.) Why can't I rent out Reaver's Mansion/Brightwood Tower/Castle Fairfax?
They are unique buildings and you can't rent them out or sell them once you buy them, as it states before you start your purchase.

Here there be Spoiler Questions:
1.) Spoiler question, Lady Grey is scared of me? Lady Grey is gone?
If Lady Grey runs from you it means you're an evil blighter! Simply go do some good deeds and then come back to her and she should be calmed down. If you can't find her or any person of your family, go under quests and choose families, and it should lead a breadcrumb trail right to them.
2.) Spoiler Question: if I don't choose the needs of the few, can I bring my dog back to life?
No, he's dead and so is your family if you choose needs of the many or needs of the one.
3,) Spoiler Question: Can I get all three ending achievements at the same time?
Yes, you can. Simply choose which one you want and then after the achievement unlocks reset the xbox. You can then get all three without replaying the game. You can also see a friend unlock it.
4.) Spoiler Question: What's the big secret of Castle Fairfax?
It's a gender changing potion. It's a fun idea, but be prepared: Your character will look weird in the wrong clothes, and any relationships you have will probably fail once you're the other gender. I took advantage of it, and you can see the (blurry) results here:
http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v222/Jaws_Victim/?action=view&current=DSCN0737.jpg. She became a he in drag.

Okay, so now we'll start with a bit of background info on the game:

Fable 2 is an upcoming role playing video game for the Xbox 360, in development by Lionhead Studios and will be published by Microsoft Game Studios. It is a sequel to Fable and Fable: The Lost Chapters. Announced in 2006, a 2008 release date is currently planned. Set 500 years after the original game, Fable 2 offers even more choices and features, while building on the core gameplay theme of Fable where every choice continually defines who you become, allowing you to truly live the life you choose.

Now on to the FAQ!

Storyline

Not much is known about the story as of now, but Molyneux did reveal this at GDC 06:

“Now let’s talk about the opening of the story, as I said, you can be a man or a woman, the story starts in classic computer game style. It’s all about this regal bird, flying through this amazing and incredible landscape, through down valleys, over mountaintops, through city streets, the bird just comes to rest on the top of this tower. It will take a dump and the camera will follow until it drops on our characters head.”

Combat

It was announced at E3 07 that Fable 2 would have a brand new, single button combat system. Melee combat takes place on the X button. All ranged combat is mapped to the Y button while magic is on the B button. Molyneux says that the amount of experience you'll get in a fight is dependent on how stylish you are; the less button mashing and more dramatic killing the better. The combat is also dynamic, allowing you to switch from guns to swords to magic mid-stream.

Oh, and your character can get into a bar fight.

There have been several types of weapons mentioned so far: guns (Muskets... No Scarface esque friends for you), axes, swords, hammers, and maces, longbows.

Dog

The player will encounter a dog that will stay with him or her for the rest of the game. Molyneux has stated that the dog is an entity that will get the player to care, to love or hate, when he announced this feature at the GDC 07. Every dog will be unique in some way and change depending on a variety of factors such as alignment. The dog will assist the player by alerting him to threats (although never giving the player away to the threat) and so completely replacing the mini map, and attacking whatever enemies the player is weakest to, depending, for example, on the weapon drawn. In a recent interview and game demonstration Molyneux showed some of the interactions players can have with their dog, including buying toys, playing fetch and rewarding or punishing their dogs for their behavior.

Obeying three main laws (do not aggravate the player; unconditionally love the player and self-preservation), the dog features advanced AI. You can't directly control the dog, but he will respond to your actions; moving to attack will bring it to attack, running somewhere will have the dog run. Behavior is context-specific, and the dog will stay much closer in towns or when the player is hurt than when outside. He is slightly trainable using expressions. Molyneux also revealed that if the player doesn't want a dog, then they have to run away and escape from it (preferably when it is injured), although the dog will track down the player, causing him or her to run away again.

The dog has its own mind as well. It's emotions are based off of the "dynamic desire mapping" which interacts with the player, environment, NPC's, quests, etc. It can grow old, gain weight, and have a change in coat color over time. According to Molyneux, there are also some kind of mini games that will involve your dog. Aside from that, there are certain puzzles that will need a canine touch.

Family

Another mechanism to get the player to care are families. It is more heavily implemented this time. The player is able to flirt with anyone and get married. You may have children depending on the type of, uh, "happy time" you choose to participate in (Care for a shield, Sir Knight?).The child's looks will reflect those of his parents, and his attributes will depend on the player's actions and alignment. Female player characters can become pregnant.

Death

In Fable 2, the player's character does not die. Instead, you are knocked unconscious (for about 30 seconds) once you loose all of your health. But this can be avoided if the player is willing to give up one of 3 things: gold, reputation or experience. The enemies will then injure the character while they are unconscious by beating, kicking or stabbing them, which can leave permanent scars. This will negatively affect NPCs attitudes toward the player. Molyneux stated during the E3 07 combat demo that boss enemies can inflict extra, and more disfiguring scars.

Dynamic world

Molyneux has stated that his aim is to create a dynamic, changing world on a huge scale. Since the game takes place over your character's lifetime, many things will change. He gave the example of a trade camp the player could help or destroy that would later on become a town or ruin. If you trade in camps like that, they will prosper and towns will spring up around it, while stealing from the camp or attacking the camp will result in people abandoning the area. Additionally, every property in the world can be owned by the player, which can unlock further content like quests. Titles get awarded to you for buying property, for instance, if you were to buy every building, and every piece of land in a town, you might become known as the mayor, king, or eventually emperor.

It is also rumored that towns and villages from Fable and The Lost Chapters have grown up. One example is Bowerstone, which was the largest town in the previous games, but rather small nonetheless. It has been confirmed that it is in Fable 2 and is rumored to be a thriving city. The first published screenshot of the game is of Bowerstone.

Technology

The graphics engine is written in-house, but middleware is integrated for several other parts of the game. Havok is used for a physics engine and Kynogen is used for the AI. The engine is expected to take much of the Xbox 360's power. An example of this is that leaves are said to be individually animated

Fable 2 XBLA Games

An XBLA arcade game comprised of 3 mini-games was released on August 13, 2008 for 800 Microsoft Points. A brief overview follows:

The Fable II Pub Games include three exciting casino-style games set in the world of Lionhead's award-winning Fable® series. The games include Fortune's Tower (a pyramid card game in which each row can make or break your fortunes), Keystone (a game of dice and chance with numerous betting options), and Spinnerbox (where luck is everything). When you get the retail version of Fable 2, you can transfer gold and unique items that you've won in these pub games to your characters in the world of Albion.

1.Character-If you've played Fable (originally known as Project Ego) then you probably know that Lionhead Studios wanted to make the player feel as if he/she could do anything. In order to make that dream a reality, Peter Molyneux helped develop an in depth characterization system that allowed players to create their own unique character. You decided whether to be Good or Evil, to be skinny or fat, even wizened or battle-hardened. It was an innovative and highly appealing system that drew people’s attention at E3.
(http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BH9D8UjHrZA&feature=related). The choices you make will ultimately determine how your character will morph throughout the game.

In Fable 2 it has been revealed that Good and Evil alignments will be making a return, and in addition to that Lionhead have added Purity, Kindness, Curruption, and Cruelty in Fable 2. Purity and Curruption determines your characters posture (this is the only feature I have heard of in terms of Purity and Curruption, if there is any information I may have missed on this subject
please feel free to add after I have finished posting). It's also said that your economical standpoint in the game does, in fact, affect your character. Tattoos, haircuts, and make-up will also be available in Fable 2 for more in depth customization. (Dev Diary 6) The player will also be able to decide what gender they wish to be.

One of the many interesting features in Fable was the ability to actually be able to start a family, be it hetero or homosexual. In Fable 2 you will be able to have protected or un-protected *** (Unprotected *** can possibly lead to STD’s), if you have un-protected *** the end result will be either impregnating your wife, or you, yourself becomes pregnant (If you’re in a, respectively, *** relationship you will be able to have a surrogate). It has yet to be revealed in any official announcement whether or not Fable 2 has been implemented to continue character progress in the story while pregnant. (This has yet to be announced and due to the fact that Fable 2 is content complete I believe it’s safe assume that your character will be able to continue venturing while pregnant.)

When the child is born, the little individual will reflect upon you. If you’re good the child will be a polite young man/girl, if you’re evil the child may come back from school to reveal a story of his mighty rumble with the defenseless boy with a crutch.

It's also said that your characters wealth will affect how your family will live. If your spouse dies your child will end up in an orphanage, whom you will still be able to visit. Peter Molyneux (PM) has made this feature in hopes to instill emotions within the player and make them feel good that you as a player had an impact and/or impression on someone.

Peter Molyneux created a town in Fable 2 known as Bloodstone made specifically to house those who enjoy and praise the acts of cruelty. Bloodstone was created so that even Evil players will be able to start a family in a place that reflects his/her Evil persona.

*******************************************************************************
*******************************************************************************
2.Dog- Mans best cuddly little friend will make an appearance in Fable 2. The dog in Fable 2 has an advanced AI system (Artificial Intelligence) that is quite astounding to say the least. The dog has 3 built in laws, don't frustrate the player, unconditionally love the player, and self-preservation. The dog will also act as a HUD (Heads-up display) for the player showing points of interest in similar fashion to Gears of War. The dog will morph according to your alignment.

Your dog also cares about your social standard, so in town it'll act in a behaved manner and remain close to you. If you go inside a building he'll wait outside. In combat your dog will engage the most threatening thing to you on the battlefield, if your engaged in melee combat, your dog know that the riflemen in the back are your biggest problem so your dog will attack them, and vice-versa. The more damage you take the closer your dog will be from you.

If you don't desire your cuddly little buddy than you may attempt to abandon it by having the dog engage in combat, in doing so the dog may get wounded. By simply running away your dog will not be able to reach you (at least not for awhile), and after you've left your dog left with his bloody paw and limp, lets say that you go have a brew at the local tavern. Later, your dog will eventually track you down and start scratching at the door. Someone will open the tavern door to discover a bloody mess walk through back to its undeserving master.

*******************************************************************************
*******************************************************************************

3.Combat- Combat had been adjusted to accommodate both new gamers and old. The X button has been adjusted to handle Melee combat, Y is Ranged, and B is Magic, this can allow the greener users to button-mash through the game and earn experience (You earn more experience for using those skills in variety). Or you can play in a more advanced style by adjusting skills to your melee button, you can customize your melee combat so that if you hold the X button you will be able to block as opposed to attacking in a wild manner.(Flourishs will make a return)

Your attacks will vary in style depending on your position, for example, if you're in an alleyway you won't be able to swing your sword because otherwise your sword might get stuck, so because you're in a confined space your attack variety is limited. It should also be mentioned that there will be an interactive environment, which means you will be able to use the surrounding elements, man-made or not, to your advantage in battle.

A new feature that has been added is the music-to-combat system; it's sort of like a combat multiplier in music form for accomplishing a series of combos.

There will also be a variety of weapons returning as well as an additional one... The Gun! (Longbows will not be returning, but crossbows will remain available). There will also be the return of augmentations for weapons and clothes.

There have been previous death systems, but I won't bother with them. The new system is based so that if your health is completely diminished that you will fall to the ground and the surrounding experience you have gained through battle will revive you enabling you to continue your journey. (As far as scaring goes, I'm unsure due to the lack of information from Dev Diary 6).
With each Will (Magic in Fable) spell there is an AoE (Area of Effect), so if you have the fireball spell instead of conjuring a ball of fire you can encircle the area around your character in a raging inferno of DOOM! (There are levels of how far you desire the radius to be.)

*******************************************************************************
*******************************************************************************

4.Social AI- Not much has been revealed in AI terms, but Peter Molyneux assures the gaming community that Fable 2 will see a drastic difference in the social atmosphere. It has been said in interviews with Peter Molyneux that there will be more involvement in relationships with NPC's (Non-playable Characters) in Fable 2, and that you could in fact woo them with your masculity in battle.
Each NPC will have a certain personality adding a sense of realism to the atmosphere within Fable 2.
Your character will be able to befriend or agitate the people of Albion with expressions. (You can now determine how long your expressions will last.)

*******************************************************************************
*******************************************************************************

5.Quests & Jobs- A new dynamic to the game includes getting a job for money and quests for renown. The jobs currently available in Fable 2 are Barkeep, Farmer, Woodsman, Henchmen, Assassin and Blacksmith. There has only been one job shown to the public of a character working in the Smithy, for this particular job there is a bar (quite similar to that of Tony Hawks Underground when trying to keep balance) that has green in a section of it, your objective is to hit that area as much as you can when the arrow is above the green part of the bar. You will eventually get better at the job as you continue to work there.
During the game there will be something called a breadcrumb trail that will follow the player through the main story quests.

*******************************************************************************
*******************************************************************************

6.Pub-games (Xbox-live)- Lionhead will be releasing three games prior to the release of Fable 2 which will be available on Xbox-live, these minigames can allow the player to get money before the game even comes out (The games will be available in August). If you managed to get money in the minigames you’ll be able to obtain certain items before the game even comes out such as, hairstyles, equipment and tricks for your dog; or you can just transfer the gold you’ve obtained and use it in Fable 2. The games are called, Keystone, Mages Dice, and Wizard's Tower.

*******************************************************************************
*******************************************************************************

7.Multiplayer- Peter Molyneux has revealed in Dev Diary 5 that Co-Op is possible, which means you can play with someone sitting right next to you. During the recent E3 conference it has been revealed that Fable 2 will be Xbox-Live enabled. It has also been said that players will be able to decide how to divide loot, experience, and reknown. Players will also be able to give things to their fellow players. Peter Molyneux also stresses that your "friend" can actually affect your gameworld when you invite him/her into your game. For example during GDC (Game Development Conference) Peter and one of his testers, Josh, was showing off the game, Josh had accidentally shot Peter Molyneuxs spouse, thus leaving him without a spouse and down one child.
While playing Fable 2 you will encounter Albion orbs, these represent players (more accurately players on your friends list). By pressing a button near the orb you’ll be able to allow a person to join your game world. (You’ll need a gold membership to play with people on Xbox Live)

8.Fable of Albion (Story)- The story in Fable 2 begins with a bird flying over Albion in a majestic manner, then plopping a huge dump in the face of a child... That’s you. The first part of the game has you running around the town of Bowerstone with your sister. Your sister and your young hero meet up with a fortune teller with a magic box, and offers to sell it to you. The box supposedly grants anyone one wish, so your sister decides to buy it. She wished that she could go to the castle and meet the lord of it. Someone than comes to you and says that Lord Lucien has summoned you to the castle, after a cutscene within the story, the game truly begins and you embark on your Journey. Fable 2's storyline is about you gathering heroes to climb up a tower called the Spire that Lucien has made, no matter what path you choose, Good or Evil, Lucien is the Baddie in this story.

If you choose to rush through the story it can take about 12 hours to complete the game. The game world in Fable 2 is ten times larger than the original Fable and players will be able to explore every nook and cranny.

~Knothole Island DLC Achievement Guide~
Extract from bad bagels's post

a) The Collector - 25g
Acquire all the mystery items in The Box of Secrets shop, or see another Hero do so.

For this achievement you need to get every item in The Box of Secrets shop in Knothole Island. You need to finish all three main quests before doing this otherwise not all the items will be available. Here is a list of every item needed, where to get it, its economy rating and the reward you get:

Need: Regal Purple Dye
Where to get: Traveling Dye Trader/Clothing Trader (Fairfax Garden)
Economy Rating: *****
Reward: Brodican Mace

Need: Crucible Peanuts(x2)
Where to get: Crucible Food Trader

Reward: Chasm Outfit

Need: Crunchy Chick(x3)
Where to get: Food/Fish Trader (Westcliff/Bloodstone)

Reward: Wretcher’s Blade

Need: Lute(x2)
Where to get: General Store

Where to get: Bowerstone Old Town (Food Stall)
Economy Rating: **
Reward: Assassin Outfit

Need: Table Wine(x2)
Where to get: Bar
Economy Rating: ***
Reward: Cascading Hair

Note: The economy rating of the items is very important in your quest to find the rarest items. The items the seller sells are equal to or one star lower than the region economy, so, a low rated region economy means low rated items in the shops. To raise the economy in a region simply put the prices in your shops under 0% and each time you are awarded the money from your shops the economy will raise a bit; to lower the economy, just put the prices over 0%.

b) The Meteorologist - 50g
Bring all of Knothole Island’s weather problems under control, or help another Hero to do so.

For this achievement simply complete all three main quests (after completing a quest, go anywhere but Knothole Island so that the game gives you the next quest)
and after the final decision the achievement unlocks.

c) The Bibliophile - 25g
Find all the books detailing the history of Knothole Island, or help another Hero to do so.

For this achievement you need to collect all of the 10 volumes of the Knothole Island books. They are very similar to silver keys. Here is their location:

Volume I – Given by the guy that brings you to Knothole Island with his submarine, when you first talk to him.

Volume II - Inside the Ice Shrine in the part where you need to hit 4 orbs to successfully stop the lighting, on the right there are some icicles that you can destroy and then vault down. Proceed to the ladder, climb it up, destroy some more icicles and the book is yours.

Volume III – Inside the Sun Shrine in the red floor chamber where you need to stand on a blue button to open a door, destroy the wall to the left from where you enter the chamber and the book is inside a small alcove shown by the broken wall.

Volume IV – As soon as you enter the Storm Shrine to the right in a small opening.

Volume V – For this one, enter Knothole Island and go to the ramp that takes you to the Ice Shrine. When you get there drop down (Sun or Storm Totem must be activated in order to be able to drop down). Go left and keep following the path. At some point you'll see some trees (usually you get attacked by Hobbes here) turn right and you should see the book next to a cliff.

Volume VI – Below the Warriors Rest House (left of The Box of Secrets) in between the bridge pillars (You need to have the Sun Totem activated).

Volume VII – Next to the west wall of the Sun Shrine entrance.

Volume VIII – As soon as you arrive in town turn left and head to the graveyard, turn left again and you can see the book in the middle of the trees.

Volume IX - As soon as you exit the Sun Temple, to your left, there is a book next to a dig spot.

Volume X - As soon as you exit the Storm Temple to your right.
