I want to play my xbox music through my PC. It looks like these threads are concerning transfering files onto your Xbox. I want to do the opposite. I want to copy my MP3s on my Xbox hard drive to my PC harddrive.

Or even better, just to play the music on my PC, without transfering all of the MP3s. Will a standard Ethernet cable do this for me?

Would't be easier jus donwloading your songs on your pc? well idk, but maybie you can try with zune (a media player that can conect to xbox 360 via lan, all your media on your zune will be on lan with your 360, that means you can hear all your music with your 360 from your pc, i dont know if you can do the oposite, but if you're looking for good sound, check if your sepakers have the audio entrace that the 360 has, if it, you can connect your speakers to your 360
