I freakin bought this game, right? no prob downloaded it from a friends house right? no prob...took it back to my house and its a freakin trial version!!!! i dont have internet and my friend says that i have to have an active internet connection @ all times..i have th money to buy internet (roadrunner) no prob but my mom wont spring for it. now i feel as if i wasted money on something i am never going to be able to play!!


is there any way i can fix this? please some1 give me some help

I realize that this is mostly used for when you get a new console to replace a broken one.... but I imagine that this will work in your case as well.

ok, ill try it but just clarify a couple of things, mines is new bought it maybe a month ago, a pro system with the stupid indiana jones/kung fupanda game, i bought this game as well as SF REMIX HD 2 on my friends elite(i put my hard drive on his elite console, and bought them)

this will still work correct?

I believe so yes.... you need to migrate the License data from your friend's Xbox for those couple games, to your Xbox. 

This way you won't need to be connected to LIVE to play the game's full versions.

Craze Jr.  That is the problem with Microsoft license.  The game is attache to the console it is bought on ... not the hard disk.

Your gamertag will always be able to play this game as it is the user who bought the game if you are able to connect online.

If you are offline, then your console must be the one who buy the game in the future.

You should do as recommanded by the ambassador and transfer your license, so all the game you bought at your friends xbox will be assigned to yours.  You might have to redownload the game.

A suggestion for you in the future: My girl friend has the same situation, she is unable to get affordable high speed internet at her house. So when she wants to buy something on Live she just brings her whole system to my house with her hard drive. I just disconnect all my cords to my 360 and plug her's in. That way she is able to use her dlc at her house. It is easy just to swap xboxes and you don't have to pull all the wires out of your entertainment center to do it.

Wow!  Just got internet?  Welcome to the 20th century :)  J/K

I made the same mistake once with the HD off my elite.  D/L somehting at a friends house and found out that its married to the CONSOLE that downloaded it, not the DRIVE its on.  I can still play it on my account but its not playable by the other accounts on my main console (I have 2 360s) even though I originally downloaded it to the drive from my main console.  I did have internet so I was able to play, just not from every profile.
