I thought this version didnt support 2 player mode? Ive seen both SINGLE PLAY and MULTIPLAYER under the description of what theyre doing.

 

So does it have co op after all?

Try having two controllers turned on and signed in prior to launching Ms. Pac-Man from the dashboard.

I received an invite from someone to play them in a game of Ms. Pacman and was wondering also.  Starting the game with two controllers signed into XBOX Live does not enable a 2-player mode.

Just emulate the Super Nintendo version of this game. It has 2 players coop built into it.
