Start up a VS. game, and take control of all 4 players (i.e. 4 controllers, 2 controllers and 2 guitars, etc.), and load up any map and any game you'd like. Set your main controller aside, and score a few points with each of your other controllers, allowing your main to fall into last place. Once there, re-take control of your main and win the game. Repeat 10 more times for unlocked goodness. You may also bundle this achievement with "Comeback Kid," but if your plan is to do that, once in last place, move your character up to 2nd, so that when the time crunch begins, there is not so much of a gap to cross.

See "Dark Horse," but take a timed game, such as front-runner. The object of this achievement is to be behind until the final 10 seconds, at which point you rise up and take your rightful place on top, and repeat as necessary. 

Scattered around the playing area, you will see cards. Those are "curses." Each one does a different type of attack to an enemy. Once you pick one up, the first time you go to an enemy and attack with it will unleash the special attack on them. Make sure to unleash a curse at least 10 times per game, and after 10 games this will be yours.

Start up a VS. game, and take control of all 4 players, and load up any map and choose "Flip-floppers." The object of the game is that for each clam you hold, you can flip a button once. When a button has been flipped 10 times, it becomes yours. Claim all the buttons in the game to take this achievement, so take your character around the map and pick up clams. Once you have 10, go to a button and press 10 times to claim it, repeat until achievement goodness.

Start up a VS. game, and take control of all 4 players, and load up any map and choose "A Clam in Every Pot." Run around the map collecting clams. Once you have some collected, run to each of the pots, and press to put clams in it until the flags sprout up in your character's color, which claim it for you. Once all are claimed, let the game end, the the unlocking will be yours to enjoy.

Start up a VS. game, and take control of all 4 players, and load up "Watergates" and choose "Yard signs." Take your character and run around the map collecting clams. Once you have clams collected, go up to the black and white yard signs and press to claim them. Once all signs have been claimed, the game will end, bringing this and "Pacifist" along with it, provided you did not strike any of your opponents.

You must use a character and kill their rival 25 times. This is cumulative throughout your single and multiplayer career, as well as across all characters. You will know you have done it, because the announcer will say "so and so has just taken out their rival" or something similar. If you find a rivalry not listed here, please post it so it can be added.

Start up a VS. game, and take control of all 4 players. Start a 9 primary race, and load up each map and any game of your choosing. Win once on each map, and the achievement will be yours.

The available maps are:

*Ring of Fire
*Bridges to Nowhere
*Slippery Slopes
*Tentacles of Power
*Dips in the Road

Very similar to "World Leader" except you must win one of each gametype instead of on each map.

The available gametypes are:

*Front-runner: The player carrying the most clams is the Front-runner. The first player to rack up two minutes of time as the Front-runner wins.

*Tally Rally: Players pick up clams in sets. The first set is 1 clam, the second set 2 clams, then 3, and so on. The first player to reach and complete set 10 is the winner. Each time a set is achieved it is locked down and cannot be taken from the players, but the player can lose the clams they're building toward the next set.

*Stuff the Ballot: Each player has a ballot box marked with their color. In order to score, players must gather clams and bank them in their box by pressing . The first player to bank 75 clams wins.

*Political Minefield: Each player starts with ten clams and can pick up and carry more. Any player who loses all of their clams is eliminated. Spiked undersea mines fall from the sky, pause for a few seconds and then explode causing nearby players to lose clams. Punching a mine with will not detonate it, but will send it bouncing in the direction of another player. The last player standing wins.

*The Stench of Corruption: Each player starts with ten clams and can pick up and carry more. Any player who loses all of their clams is eliminated. After a while, a cloud of scandal appears in the sky and floats slowly toward the player with the fewest clams. Any player touched by the cloud of scandal starts losing clams. The last player standing wins.

*Hack the Vote: Electronic voting machines that lack a voter-verifiable paper trail fall from the sky. The machines display a tallying graphic, which shows the last player that punched it. When a machine is destroyed, the player it last displayed steals 1,000 votes. The first player to steal 10,000 votes wins.

Start up a VS. game, and take control of all 4 players, and load up any map and choose and game. Take your main character and leave them alone where they are. Take a secondary controller, and have that character beat the game. When the game ends, your main character will have this shiny achievement.

For this achievement, you need to be in a team-up when you complete the requirements of winning the game. An easy way to do this would be to start up a VS. game, and take control of all 4 players, and load up any and choose Hack the Vote. In this game, you need to smash a total of 10 voting machines. So smash 9 by yourself, then run off to team up with another controller, and use that team up to smash your last box. Repeat 10 times for achievement goodness.

Once you complete the single player campaign, you can then start going through the recounts. They work the same as their original single player counterparts, there is a higher difficulty level for the recounts.

Scattered around the maps there are small items that you can pick up and wear by running over them. These are pieces of flair. As soon as you run them over you automatically pick it up, but if you are hit, you automatically drop it. If the game ends with you still wearing it, the game will end and you will get to keep the item and your new achievement. 

Through the course of completing single player matches, Vs. matches, and so on, campaign ads, commercials, attack ads, debates, as well as special pieces of flair will be unlocked for you. You can look in the GRR On Demand channel from the main menu to see what you have, and what you still need. Once all campaign ads have been unlocked, this achievement will come too.

Ptolemy's challenge will be the first level in single player mode. You need to collect 10,000 total votes to win, and you can see your progress at the end of each primary mini-game.

Once Ptolemy is completed, you have the option of playing Floyd or Daisy. Each challenge is won the same way, after 3 primaries, the player with the largest amount of votes is the winner, and you need it to be you. 

For each of these challenges, after 5 primaries, the player with the largest amount of votes is the winner, and you need it to be you. 

In the GRR On Demand channel, in the last time slot, you will see the credits, watch the whole thing, and when it's over, the achievement is yours. The game doesn't really know if you're watching, so you can feel free to go do other things, but the theme song is rather entertaining. 

For each of these challenges, after 7 primaries, the player with the largest amount of votes is the winner, and you need it to be you.

Start up a VS. game, and take control of all 4 players, and load up any map and choose "Political Minefield." In this game, bombs will fall from the sky. Run up to one and press to punch it. Repeat 20 times for an explosion of achievement goodness. 

Start up a VS. game, and take control of all 4 players, and load up any map and choose "The Stench of Corruption." In this game, a cloud comes around and attacks the player with the fewest clams. For this achievement, you need to survive at least 3 minutes in a single game without dying. The troublesome part of this, will be keeping your opponents alive, as left unattended, they will die much before the 3 minutes is up. So the best ways are either to move 2 different characters around, keeping both alive, or to boost with a friend. 

See "For the Animals,"but do it without losing a single primary. These 2 can be stacked together as well.

Start up a VS. game, and take control of all 4 players, and load up any map and choose any game. The easiest way to do this is to take your controller, and put it in control of a quick character, such as Crackers, then take your second controller, and put it in control of a slow character, such as Ptolemy. Then take your second controller in your right hand (finger on the ), main controller in your left, finger on the . Walk your characters up to each other, and as you press on your right hand, back away with your left. You will see your main character put his hands up and block the attack with a white shield. Complete this 10 times in a row without being hit for the achievement. 

Complete the Cracker's challenge, which is the final section of single player mode.

Start up a VS. game, and take control of all 4 players, and start a 3 round primary, and choose all games that can be beaten without breaking anything. For example, bring up "Watergates" and choose Yard signs, A Clam in Every Pot, and Flip-floppers. Win all three games, and the achievement is yours. The achievements can also stack as well, so choosing those three games will also unlock for you "Ballot Ballet," "Litter Bug," "Diplomat," "Pacifist,'" and "Button Masher."

Start up a VS. game, and take control of all 4 players, and load up any map and choose "Front Runner." Go into the game, and pick up 20 clams, and go and sit in a corner where you can't be hurt. After the two minutes has elapsed, you will unlock this achievement, as well as "Globetrotter," and "Top Dog."

Start up a VS. game, and take control of all 4 players, and choose any game, the important part is which characters you choose. Once you're in a game, walk up to your target and press . Once you do that, they need to reciprocate with a of their own. This will create the team up. The list of characters in the game is Santos, Ptolemy, Hedwig, Floyd, Moxie, Toshiro, Crackers, Murgatroyd, Bean, and Daisy. You need to team up with each, meaning that the character that you are playing as does not count, you must later on play as a different character and team up with them for that character to count.

Play any multiplayer game for the first time, and this achievement will unlock for you.

The object of this is to be the only character who never dies during a round when all others do. The easiest way is to start up a VS. game, and take control of all 4 players. Load up any map and any level. Then just take the other 3 controllers, and walk their characters off the ledge, and then end the game. This achievement can also be done together with "Diplomat."

To betray a team up, you must team with the player in the lead, and then kill your team. The easiest way is to start up a VS. game, and take control of all 4 players, and load up any map that has a cliff. Take a second controller, and gain the lead in the game. Then initiate a team-up with that character, and walk your team off the cliff. Repeat 24 more times for achievement goodness.

Start up a VS. game, and take control of all 4 players, and load up "Serenity's End" and choose "Hack the Vote." Team up with a secondary controller, by each pressing then each pressing . Use your team-up to smash a voting machine. Then team-up with the next controller, and this time smash 2 machines. Now your third controller will be in 4th place, team up with them, and again smash 2 machines. Now your first team-up character will be in 4th place, team up with them and smash machines, then your second team-up will be down to 4th, so take him again, and so on. After you team up with the last place character 20 times, the achievement will be all yours.

To unlock this achievement, you must win a primary with each character. The easies way to this is simply to complete the single player campaign, as it requires you to play as all characters, and therefore win as all characers.
