So, on December my console got the RROD and I sent it to repair center. I got my console some weeks ago, same console but for some reason I had to do things like enable again auto log-in of my main profile. So, I put my NGB disc and after I press start to select new game, load, etc, I get the following message:

"Unable to load game settings. They will be rewritten. Press A to continue"

WHAAAAAAAAAT!!! What do they mean with game settings?!?! Will this affect my game saves??? Nothing similar comes up when I put my Panzer Dragon Orta disc, and all my saves are intact. Man, beating the game in very hard is not something I am looking forward again. Has this happened to anybody else? Is there a way to save game saves from original xbox to a memory unit or something?!? I don't want to lose all my hard work

You can't copy or move saves (from old Xbox titles) from hard drive to any memory card. I don't think that game settings will affect your saves, though I never experienced the problem you speak here.

I didn't think they would be affected either, so I pressed A and then nothing I unlocked was available. I went to load and all my saves say damaged game. DAMMIT IT ALL!!!!!!

This is the same thing that happen to me all the things I unlocked now gone. This is the second time this is happen (happened when I switched from xbox to xbox360). So i guess i will not be going back to NGB I think this may of had to do with the update that I downloaded but who knows.

Damn. I think I will have to get Ninja Gaiden Sigma for PS3, I can't go around unlocking stuff only to lose them when a console dies prematurely. At least PS3 lets you backup your data to a pen drive, I don't know why they had to make it so difficult to backup on xbox 360.
