Who else thinks this a great idea?

Take the gameplay from PACMAN CE and add online (and offline) multyplayer and mix in some good competitive modes and you have a great game.

You could play competitive co-op (eat more ghosts then the other player) vs (beat the other Pacman by grabbing dots and trying to eat your opponent or getting the highest score. You'd have lives and once there all gone the other player wins), ghost mode (one player controls Pacman the other player controls the ghosts) and tons of other great multyplayer ideas.

Pacman has always been a good single player game... Its time he jumped into MP and proved to everyone that he can be just as addictive and fun as Halo3, Gears of War and COD4.

I wish this game had online play as well. Any chance of this happening in the future with a patch/add-on? Do games like Pac Man ever get any add-ons? Or is it reserved for the big name games like Halo and GTA?

There is already a multiplayer Pacman, but I fear it will stay exclusive to Nintendo consoles forever :(

I was initially disappointed with CE because I was expecting Pacman Vs. to be part of the package for some reason. It really would make for a fantastic Live game. Hopefully some version of it will be included with the new Pac-Man game coming out in 2010.

YES I THINK IS A GREAT IDEA TOO ! IT NEEDS TO GO CO OP ON XBOX LIVE TO TAKE IT TO A WHOLE NEW LEVEL. DONT HOLD UR BREATH THOUGH.THE NEW MAZES IN PAC MAN XBOX 360 VERSION WERE DESIGNED AND MADE BY THE ORIGINAL DESIGNER . I THINK HES ABOUT 87 AND OBVIOUSLY WORKS VERY SLOWLY .
