I found Doom 3 to be scary because of the feeling of being cut of completely from everything else.  Being stranded on a lifeless Mars with demons everywhere in a dark station is a frightening prospect.  On earth the theme would change.  It would be more like Dawn of the Dead or Resident Evil where the communities are populated with zombies and demons.   A lot of thought would have to go into making Doom 4 on Earth.

i hope not, it should be like l4d meets deadspace cause l4d zombie were cool for running at u, deadspace, made the hellish style gameplay which was wat doom was about but to hav monster coming at u directly or rushing u in numbers or coming out of somewhere like a vent to suprise u.lol

also one thing i think we all should agree doom 4 should be hell on earth cause thats probably want all doom fans want, thats wat i want.lol
