i played the demo...it was pretty fun....it has no splitscreen so if theres nobody online anymore i won't buy it.

i don't have the game....i would buy it if there is still an active community...ill define active for you...On fridays,saturdays and sundays, at night...could i find some decently full lobbies?

Yea theres still quite afew of us that play online and we even run some nights every now and then.

Yes there are some players at night, during the day it is pretty quite. Shame it is a good multi-player game, except for the garbage bags full of styroform cups that will bring your nose of the car upwards or make turning very hard.

Oh yes we still play. As already mentioned, Fri/Sat/Sun evenings are your best bet.

It's hard to find RANKED games though. But social/player games are still easy to find.

Love the derbys they are crazy!!,being online smashing up bigtime is happy time  for me.its just a shame i gota stay up late to find online players as i have spent countless nights laughing with tears doing the destruction derbys.as for the racing well im not a big fan but I LOVE THE DESTRUCTION DERBY PART YYYEEEAAAHH!!!

i would still play but people get obsessed with derbys. i'll admit they are fun at first but after 4-5 in a row you've pretty much seen it all

but honest,isnt all racing games with smashen up parts like that,come 1st 2nd or 3rd?crash this car n smash that car?i still remember the first night playing the derby and even now with no beers or a few i still get my moneys worth out of it.it is a shame we cant decal the cars.And so what with respect if we get hooked on the derby,its good people can break away from the same old halo-gear of war and cod4 stuff (like i find myself doing)

i'm not saying i hate derbys, it's just a prefer mixing it up a little.

I love this game.  I play it at least every other day.  Against what I've always said about playing strangers online, I tried to get in a game last night and they just sat there.  So, I left.  I tried again and all I heard was "F-this" and "F-that", so I got out again.  I'd like to find someone who plays this, without all the "f-ing" stuff and who'd like to get the online achievements.  I posted that here but got no response.
