Here's how you do:

(optionally, let the time line sweep once first to give a little more time)

1st: flip once move one step to the left, drop
2nd: drop
3rd: flip once move one step to the right, drop

let the time line sweep twice

4th: move one step to the left, drop
5th: move one step to the right, drop

my best time's 00:17 (I don't think it can be solved faster, but post if you know how)
