As we noted yesterday, other items were released besides Duke Nukem 3D itself on Xbox LIVE Arcade. We also released some gamer pic packs and a theme. We've had several requests for pictures showing what the theme looks like. This news item is an answer to those requests.
Here are four pictures, showing the theme on the four blades it is used on (Xbox LIVE, Games, Media, & System). The fifth blade (Marketplace) is not customizable by themes, so there's no picture of that. Click on any of the thumbnails to see a larger version.

Theme looks great. Its funny how people will complain about wanting to see duke gamerpics before they buy and not realize that the marketplace shows you the pics before you have to buy them.
BTW most of you already know but you get a free gamerpic when you purchase the full game, which is the one I'm using now.

This is bogus. The New Xbox Live update is royally *** things up. I tried to download the first Duke Nukem picture pack last night in the midst of all this mess, & the marketplace took my points but never even gave me the download. It said "Can't download" & every time I try & re-download it, it continues to freeze progress at the 82% mark so I can't receive it. Bullshit like this should be corrected immediately, either give me the f***ing picture pack or give me back my damn points. Can't even download Megaman 9 either, I feel sorry for Capcom having launched it in the middle of this garbage.
Such incompetency is laughable: if you're going to fix something then make sure it works first before unleashing its effects upon people. Otherwise, why update it at all? If the thing works, DONT BREAK IT. What in the *** did they do for that FULL 24 HOURS if not just waste our time & now our money too? I dont even care about this "improved" NXE, I liked things the way they were just fine. This crap better be worth it (although I have a sneaking suspicion it won't).
Cant update leaderboards. Cant play online. Cant download new stuff. This makes me so irate.
