Man. Magnus beat me to 200/200 by about 45 minutes. And then, after I was all stoked that I finally got the Exterminator and 200/200, I go back to the leaderboard and see that he broke 300k.
Regarding USER, it's pretty much an endurance match. The patters are all pretty similar. He goes right on the light cycles, I go left. Once you find a patter that works for you, it's not too bad. Even on the hardest difficulty levels (level 10 and later) the general patterns still work for all levels. Here's a quick summary for what I do:
Light Cycles: I go to the left on all of them, and alternate between two patterns. One is a little box in the lower left corner, and the other sort of looks like a lowercase h.
Tanks: Except for the recognizers levels, I sit in the little alcove right above the transporter. Sometimes you might have to peek around the corner and kill a tank before making a dash for it, but this general pattern works on all tank levels (except recognizers). Just don't get twitchy and accidently move into the transporter. For the recognizers, just find a pattern that works and use that on all recognizer levels. I immediate move up through the center lane and end up in the top right corner.
Grid Bugs. Pretty basic. For the one where you start surrounded by them, I shoot two of them on the right side and break through as quick as I can.
MCP: Same pattern every level. The difficulty here is to know asap which way the MCP is spinning and react as fast as you can. It's all a matter of having enough time to shoot enough shots to make a big enough hole for you before you get pushed up too far.

P.S. On the exterminator achievement, I shot all of the ones on the left, came below the center to the right, killed the bugs there, and finished off the bugs on top with about 25 on the timer left at the end.
