Ok so today i seen someone with a spongebob Decal on there car?!! Are there limited Edition Decals or can i just get these from somewhere where i can't find, or do you need to complete the game or what?

I haven't seen any special edition decals yet. It is possible that the decals are just layers of simple patterns.
