I'm on a Light Seed hunt in an attempt to get all 1001 (eek) and I would really appreciate it if someone could tell me how the hell I'm supposed to get the ones on two very high platforms in the "Machinery Ground - The Vale".  I've climbed up there countless times now and I just can't seem to see away of reaching them

I've also had difficulty reaching one in the "Ruined Citadel" not sure if it's in the "Martyr's Tower" area or the "Marshalling Ground" though (I'm missing one in both areas) it is near the top of a brick post and I've tried jumping from post to post as well as from the wall behind and I just can't reach it any pointers would be grateful.
