I am an avid checkers player. I have been playing the game for several years now, and I was thrilled to find it available on Xbox Live. I downloaded the demo and much to my surprise, the setup is all wrong. The single corner is supposed to be on the left, and the double corner on the right. Strange Flavour, you guys set the game up backwards. It's unplayable if you are used to it the other way.

I couldn't agree more, the board setup is inversed and it's confusing to play this game when your used to playing with the official board rules. I am a very good checkers player myself. I bought the game when it came out and since then I haven't lost a single match. Mind you the competition on xbox live isn't that great. But I hate the ranking system, it's based entirely on wins and games played, NO trueskill. So I am in 25th on the leaderboards right now with a 200-0 record, yet someone in 1st place has a record of 2500-5000. Doesn't take any skill to achieve 1st place in this game.

I wish someone would create a decent multiplayer checkers game with XNA. That would sell better than this.
