i don't understand it, i can hardley get 5000.... what am i doing wrong?

You have to make sure you have a good drift car. Check the badges to the right of the cars in the garage.

If you are using a good drift car all I can suggest is practice.

I don't drive faster than I can see.

The way i learned is try and race, not drift. If you just try and go as fast as you can your car will drift automatically, with practice you will be able to keep the car under control and get 5million plus in 1 drift on almost every track and 50million + on others. The car i used to learn this is the GTR skyline, may be that this isen't the car for you, but keep at it and you will get better. Goodluck!!
