Really dumb question this I'm sure, but how do you push the stretcher with the patient on it?  I can't work out how and I must have missed the tip that told you.

Place Mr. Esc next to it, now just push the B button and keep it pushed, then move. You can also run with the RB button (for I can remember). And that's all.

Well, now you can do me a favour too, just another question: Does your game add-on "additional stage pack 2" work? Because mine doesn't, and i've been calling the xbox support for two months and they seem to not solve the problem. Thank you very much.
