Every time I try to play this game, it will not work. The menu shows up and the music plays yet you cant select anything to start the game. My controller works fine and I have deleted the game from my harddrive and redownloaded like 5 times already.I have read some other people are having the same problem on these forums.What should I do?Call M.S.?or is there a way to E-mail the company that made the game?

   I'm not  having a conversation with myself, and yea I saw the other thread but it was dated and I was hoping  a new one might get some body to take a look at what was going on.Obviously it worked, I am pretty upset that a game I paid for doesn't work any more and I just recently found this out when I tried the game again after all this time.You would think someone who is a level 5 in the forums would be more informative instead of some smart ***..I didn't see any replies to what was  happen.So I started a new one.If you check that other thread you would have seen that I did post there and there where no replies. Do you have any information about it or you just gonna talk crap because I started a new thread?

I believe in another thread this turned out to be something to do with the account, requiring a call to Microsoft.  Did you by chance migrate your account, or replace your 360?  Did you maybe have an outstanding invite on the last account?  In any case, I believe others have had success after a call to Xbox support.

I will try that because I have received a new 360 from Microsoft because of the red ring of death.

Here what you do: Delete the game from your 360 and then re-download it. This will fix the issue. I had this problem and this fixed it after I got a replacement 360 from MS and the game wouldn't work.

I have done that 3 times already and yet it still wont work.

Im pretty upset over this one myself. I first noticed my game no longer responded to the controls back in August. I mailed Microsoft about it and I got the typical pre-written response that tells me they never read my mail and didn't care I had an issue. I'd call them but I really don't feel like dealing with some guy from India I can barely understand and doesn't have a clue what im talking about. I guess I wasted $10 on a game I only played a few times and Microsoft doesn't seem to care.

Yup, I just played it again, no go. This is my 3rd 360. First was a launch console, it died. Second was a refurb sent back. It died. 3rd is a new arcade system. lol So mine is likely to have to do with that. I'll try deleting it, and re downloading it. Cause yeah, I agree about the India barely Englesh guy stuff. No thanks. Iv'e had alot of experiance with support. lol

The sign out and select aces of the galaxy trick does not work, nor does deleting it and re-installing it.  This fuc!ing sucks

Using the license transfer tool to move the license to your repaired/replaced console appears to resolve the issue.

Just like I said in that thread...

This would be great if I didn't have to send (2) 360's back to Microsoft in less than 6 months.I use the License transfer tool feature on the first one they sent me and since you cant do it more then once a year I have to wait until sometime next year to do this.So that pretty much sucks for me.Thanks for the info though.

Surely they can do this on their end without the 1 year limit?  I actually thought that they did this on their end whenever a console was repaired, but found on my last repair (# 3) they didn't.

Yeah!Finally got this game to work.I call customer support today and they had me delete the game, then delete my profile ,then recover my profile and redownload the game.At 1st the game didn't work again so I back out to the dashboard then tried to replay it and BAM !I could finally play this game again.Thanks Xbox customer support!

Doing this on your own does not fix the game, I just tried it, Obviously he did something on his end to fix it as well.
