Well after getting really into this game, I started watching the Wangan Midnight anime, and it's absolutley brilliant. Has anyone watched any of the episodes?

I really want to play the Wangan Midnight game now, but I sold my PS3. I might buy a PSP and get it for that though before I go on vacation.

I just finished all scenarios on Wangan Midnight for the PS3. I was surprised. The driving physics are definitely different, but IMO they are better than ITC. The throttle control system is much better than just holding down the RT untill your finger goes numb. The card system can be a little tricky for some, but overall its a very good game! I would suggest watching all the episodes of Wangan Midnight first so you don't feel left out while you are playing the game. It follows the plot of the show almost 100%.

I'm not "Block" but i have some info that would fit nicely here.... I live in Los Angeles and I did get this game, I ordered it from a game store here L.A. called "Hyper Game", a Japanese game store that imports a LOT of games to the U.S.

Well, I ordered it and got it in about 2 weeks for my PS3. The game is pretty good so far, but I think that I will take the time to look at every episode i can to get a better understanding of the game and take more time to understand the "card" system, lol.

I have the S30 and it is incredibly fast, but I'm having that "overheating" problem, lol. I guess i need some upgrades for the engine to help it stay cooler, Thus my interest in looking at the Anime.

Great game though!

I only started to watch Wangan Midnight because Initial D 5th Stage is still not out (well not anime, still reading manga)

Its good, I don't like how they throw you in so quick to the storyline and then throw so many random things together... I mean I like the anime (don't get me wrong) but its so gosh darn random on the storyline its crazy.

I hit the episode where the Z is um... not spoiling the story for others but its where that new kid with the family gets the Skyline. I mean HOW RANDOM IS THAT?! Its like everyone comes out of the wood work every episode hahaha.

Compared to Initial D this one is not my favorite but it has racing, fast cars, hot chicks and the famous Devil Z. So all and all it scores a 4... "how many times must you die?!" Out-a 5.
