I'll try to add some to the list. These are always helpful.
I like that this year when you go into the gaplist they show you were the gap is located. Should be really helpful when we get down to the last few.
Inner-City Philly (15/20) NEW Off the Dock – There is a dock near the blue stall challenge rail. Jump off the dock into the small empty section underneath the train tracks. Big Air From Highup - At the end of the tracks by the Bay Bridge Tunnel go to the roof on the right side. There is a kicker. Use the kicker to air into the junkyard. Nail the Trick helps here. Bomb Over the Tracks - Go to the quarter pipe-like section on the tracks. Find the small blue kicker-like thing and use the speed that the QP gives you to launch to the building where the air conditioner is. Make sure to Acid Drop or the gap wont count. Bomb the Rooftop - Bombed Building Kick - At the green grind challenge walk forward a bit and on the right you should see a kicker. Use the kicker to jump over the wall into the bombed building. Don't acid drop or the gap wont register. NEW Bombed Building Transfer – Next to the bombed building is a red building with the words “Stop the Violence” painted on it. Get on top of this building to find a QP. Transfer from this QP all the way down to the bombed building. Dumpster 2 Wires - From where you start, go forward until you see a green dumpster. Use the kicker in front of it to air up into a grind on the wire. Front Door Vert Transfer - Right at the start air transfer over the door of the Skate Lounge. Garbage Pile Kick - Giant Porthole Air - Gigantic Wallride 2 Grind - Grind the Crane - Huge Roof 2 Roof Gap - Having access to the roof makes this one easier. If you don't have access then this gap will make you have it. Find a way on the roof from the Total Pawn shop. The easiest way is go to the quarter pipe-like section on the tracks and jump from there. On the roof rig the Birdhouse billboard so you can get accross. Skate forward and if you don't have roof access, you'll get it now. Jump from one roof to the other. Make sure to bank drop. If you do have access to the roof then just enter the door by the yellow wallplant marker and leap the roof. Into the Junkyard - From the Slum Diving! Goal head South until you see a kicker with a red arrow on it. Use the kicker to transfer into the junkyard. Junkpile Air - Do "Into the Junkyard". As soon as you land stop and look right. Spine transfer this QP. Kick to the Dock - At the left of the "Learn Nail the Manual" goal, there is a kicker that says "We Pay Cash" on it. Air off this kicker. Over the Air Conditioner - On the roof of the building where the Green Wallplant Marker is, there is a big air conditioner. Jump over it. Rail 2 Rail Drop - At the bombed building (see Bombed Building Kick) there is a piece of roof at the top. There are many ways up here, be creative. Anyway, grind it toward the Skate Lounge and jump down to the rail below it. I realize this description might not be clear, if anyone can word it better I'd be thankful. Rooftop 2 Tracks - Near the Bay Bridge Tunnel there is a green building with a Guitar Hero Billboard. On the roof of this building is a kicker. Use the kicker to launch to the train tracks. NEW Train Support Gap – At the “Nail the Tracks” goal, there are two blue poles supporting the tracks. Jump from one end of the street to the other, going between the poles.
Love Park (26/31)
Parkway Shuffle North – By the “Tri-City Street Comp” goal, there is a bowl-like area. Grind the QP and leap over the small gap closest to the building.
Parkway Shuffle South - By the “Tri-City Street Comp” goal, there is a bowl-like area. Grind the QP and leap over the small gap closest to the street.
Philly’s Old Love – From the entrance of Love Park, by the “Forbidden Love” gaps, jump from the top of the stairs to the fountain. Rig up a kicker to make things easier.
Back to Earth – On the Philly Galleria roof, wallride up the Jeep Patriot billboard and on the way down you should get it.
Corporate Ascension – By the “Epic Photo 1!” goal is the Penn Core building. There is a kicker by the three posters. Use the kicker to launch up to a grind on the building.
Dilworth Plaza East – Spine transfer from the street into the bottom area facing the hotel.
Dilworth Plaza North – Spine transfer from the bottom of Dilworth Plaza up to the bank in front of the Penn Core building.
Dilworth Plaza West – Spine transfer from the bottom area facing the hotel up towards the hotel.
Galleria Exhibit – By the Philly Galleria there are three billboards (Sit On Me, Guitar Hero, Volcom). Face North and spine transfer down.
Hey!! – Continuing from the “Watchout!!” gap, leap to the next grind. Does anyone else hear Navi’s voice from Ocarina of Time when doing these gaps?
Look!! - By the Downtown Philly Arcade Machine is a quarter-circle grind in the middle of the street that leads to the hotel area. Grind it and leap to the next grind with all the yellow poles.

Underground Raving
Watchout!! - Continuing from the “Heeelp!!” gap, leap to the next grind.
Feeling Refreshed! – By the “Get em Wet” goal, there is a waterfall that leads down to the metro. Jump though.
Fountain of Proof – By the “Epic Photo 1” goal there is the Penn Core building. Find the handrail by the Sk8 Pirates poster and grind it up to the fountain ledge.
Lightning Strikes! - By the “Epic Photo 1!” goal is the Penn Core building. There is a kicker by the three posters. Use the kicker to launch up to a grind on the wire.
Sculpture Refurb – Go to the “Dilworth Plaza North” gap. Instead of spine transferring down leap up to that weird looking sculpture thing.
Up on the Roof – Spine transfer up to the roof of the Philly Galleria.
Fountain of Love – Grind the edge of the drained fountain and leap to the ledge above you in a grind.
Heeelp!! - Continuing from the “Look!!” gap, leap to the next grind.
Hotel Hangtime – In front of the hotel are some revolving doors. Enter them and then acid drop down below into a QP.
Lovers Leap North – Grind the blue rail by the circular building by the drained fountain towards the north side and leap in a grind on the planter ledge.
Lovers Leap South - Grind the blue rail by the circular building by the drained fountain towards the east side and leap in a grind on the planter ledge.
Forbidden Love – At the entrance of the drained fountain, grind the planter, leap over the stairs and grind the other planter.
Highly Forbidden Love – Do the same thing as in the “Forbidden Love” gap but instead grind the planters above closest to the fountain.
Fall in Love – Get on top of the circular building by the drained fountain. Up there you’ll find a kicker to launch yourself into the fountain.

ZOMG Gap : I put a boost kicker at the top of the hotel in Philly and landing on a transfer across that massive gap in between the road and the hotel i didn't do an acid drop of any transfer.
Hotel Insanity: I just jumped off the hotel into the hole with all those qp's and where that waterfall is??

Garbage Pile Kick: Use the double sided kicker found near where you first meet bosco and mike v in Hardcore story, and lauch off that heading towards the dock and grind of the ledge.
Giant Pothole Air: On the road in between the dock and near the arcade machine there is a massive pothole in the road, use the kicker that has arrows pointing left and right fly over the pothole and then use acid drop on the end of the pothole and you the gap should appear.
underground raving - transfer between the two inner curbs lining the underground passage that you jump above when doing the 'Grating Manual Film' Challange.
Tony Hawk Proving Grounds
METRO GAPS
Light Hop: Starting from the entrance to freedom plaza, head to the left escalator, aggro kick off the kicker and grind the light. Then ollie a little to the right to the next light. (NOTE: This gap can be done on any light to light grind.)
Uber Rail to Rail:
Mustache Grind: From the entrance to freedom plaza, head down an escalator until you reach the start of the tracks. Hop off the board and you should see a ledge that looks like a mustache use either qp's on either end of the tracks and grind the length of the ledge
Mustache Transfer North: Remember Mustache Grind (Look above) well use the middle qp and then transfere to the left qp.
Mustache Transfer South: Hit the middle qp again but this time head to the right qp. (same as the transfere north just a different direction).
Subway Entrance Ramp gaps: Starting from the entrance from freedom plaza go down the escalators just before the tracks there are 3 ramps heading down to the tracks jump the length of those ramps to get the gap.
Ramp A = Far right facing the tracks
Ramp B = Middle
Ramp C = Far Left
X Grind: Right in the middle of the metro is there an open area right above you is a X shaped rail (directly above the subway wallride photo mission) Grind that rail. Use rigging parts or at the start of the tracks at the freedom plaza end use a kicker to grind a pole and ollie across to the area.
All Aboard Spine: In between the subway entrance ramps and op's, spine transfer either op to get the gap.
Escalator 32 set gaps: At the freedom plaza entrance go towards the tracks either side of the lift are 2 escalators jump the length of them to get the gap (must use aggro kick to clear and use focus if you want).
32 set A = is the left escalator facing from the freedom plaza entrance
32 set B = is the right escalator

Subway Directory wallride: Either side of the tracks at the freedom plaza end are subway map directories wallride on them to get the gap.
Chamfions of the North: Where you find the subway wallride photo mission either side are a semi circle of qp's with lights above them face to the freedom plaza entrance and head to the right. You must quickly grind the closest qp and as soon as possible wallride around the length of the wall to activate the gap (use aggro kick before you hit the kickers.
Chamfions of the South: Same as the gap above only head to the left set of qp's
Own the Tracks gaps: Starting from the freedom plaza entrance head down the the tracks. I'm not sure if you grind on any rail but i used the silver rail. Grind the length of that track to the other end to activate the gap.
Own the Tracks A = Left set of tracks (silver rail)
Own the Tracks B = Right set of tracks (silver rail)

Hope these set of gaps help and hopefully i can get most of freedom plaza on the forum soon.
For metro:
Uber rail to rail: Connect the two boost rails in the middle of the train tracks.
Dilworth plaza South: This one is quite sneaky by the tony hwk creators, you need to rig a qp at any side of the waterfall in the plaza (i used a corner QP) and then lauch off the concrete kicker provided and bank drop onto the rigged QP.
I think I did pretty good on Downtown Philly, I only missed 2 gaps!
Downtown Philly (28/30)
Entry Level – At the very eastern part of this level is a building that is under heavy restoration. Grind the lip of the QP and make a short hop up the next ledge.
Mid Range – After the “Entry Level” gap, wallride up to the next ledge.
High End – After the “Mid Range” gap, wallride up to the next ledge.
Bell End – On the roof of the Bell building, grind the QP on the North side all the way around.
Edge of Bell – Do “Traffic Overpass” but don’t stop grinding until this gap appears.
Straight Into Bell – Just walk though the glass where the Liberty Bell is held.
Bell Waits Below – On the roof of Bell, lip the QP on the south side.
East of Bell – Grind the ledge near the “Trick for Mel’s New Cam!” goal to the north. Leap and grind the lip of the QP.
Independence Found – On the very southeast of the level, by the Fun Park sign, is a blue QP that says “City of Philadelphia Restoration Project”. Spine transfer it.
Independence Lost – Reverse “Independence Found”.
Newspaper Route
North of Bell – Across the street from Love Park is…um, Bell, for lack of a better term. Anyway, grind transfer over the entrance.
Overhead Transit – At the green distance marker jump to at least the am marker and you’ll get this gap.
South of Bell – You want to jump from the rail the activates the grind challenge towards the east and land in another grind. Unlike West and North of Bell, this one isn’t automatic, you may have to leap towards a rail or ledge.
West of Bell – Same as “North of Bell”, only on the West entrance.
Bell’s Out! – Next to the blue grind challenge marker is a QP. Spine transfer it over the building.
Depths of Bell – After getting “Lower Depths of Bell”, spine transfer up to the higher bowl.
End of the Line – Do the “Feeling Refreshed!” gap. Once underground, turn around and grind the lower blue ledge, leap over the gap and grind the other blue ledge.
High Way to Bell – Near “Straight Into Bell” there is a QP that can launch you to the roof. Lip the roof.
Lower Depths of Bell – Right behind the green wallride marker across the street, there is a dirt kicker. Launch off the kicker into the bowl.
Planter Refinishing! – At the yellow distance marker there are two planters. Grind one, ollie and grind the other one.
Rapid Transit! – Go underground where the “Epic Photo 3” goal is. Grind the blue bench with the DVS sign above it and jump and grind to the blue ledge where the three posters are.
Ticket to Ride - Go underground where the “Epic Photo 3” goal is. Grind the blue bench towards the north and jump and grind the news boxes.
It’s Joohn Moorgan!!! – Right next to the “A Statuesque Trick” goal is the John Morgan statue. Air off the statue and bank drop off it. It’s Joohn Moorgan!
Restricted Parking Zone! – By the green distance marker there is a parking garage with a yellow ledge. Get on the ledge and ollie the small gap.
Subway Transition – Behind the greed distance marker is the entrance to the subway. Spine transfer over it.
Reduced Commute – Start the green distance challenge and hold R. You should acid drop down underground into the ticket area of the Metro.
Traffic Overpass – Near the goal, “Aggro Pushing” is a QP. Air off the QP and start grinding the green ledge of the Metro entrance towards the Bell building. Launch off the Metro entrance and land in a grind.
No Way In Bell! – Find the same QP you used for the “High Way to Bell” gap. Use the bowl behind you to get speed and spine transfer this QP.

Full Length Manual- Manual the entire length of the bridge from D.C. to Baltimore.
Lights Out- Grind the wire on the bridge and on the red bowl below to knock all of the lights out. It doesn't have to be in one combo.
Downtown Philly
One way ticket to Bell!- Climb the orange fencelike material that you had to climb in the Downtown Philly classic to get the secret tape( Eastern Downtown Philly). At the top there should be a qp and wall. Wall plant the wall and it turns into a secret kicker. Get some speed off the qp and jump off the kicker into the bowl in front of you and acid drop.
Air and Space Museum
Rafter Grindin!: in the floor there is a secret area. to reach this area grind the rail infron of the big 69 numbers with lights on them.(grind them to the right) then jump to the rail attached to the sign sticking out of the wall.(the rail turns to the right and u start grinding the sign.) jump off the sign and on to the metal framing in the center of the the big cylinder. now jump of this with enough speed and hold the RT. you should acid drop into a hole on the floor that isnt normally there. now your in the secret area. jump off the kicker (with lots of speed) and into the fan at the end of the room. you will be teleported on top of the rafters. now just grind the rafter and you've got the gap.

Harbor Bridge (23/24)
Dip- Just ride one of the dips in the bridge. They're right by the crane you can get on. Bank drop into one and air out the other side if you need to.
Big Gap- Go into the red qp below the bridge. You should see a kicker on both sides of the bridge. Connect them in a bank drop.
Length Grind One- Starting from the DC side, Grind the barrier on your right you should see a rope split away from the barrier leading to the red qp. Jump to grind the rope all of the way to the qp.
Length Grind Three- Walk all the way across the crane you can get on ( The one that's on the bridge) until you are at the end of it and you see a rope extending towards the red qp. Just grind the rope towards the red qp and you get your gap.
Length Grind Two- Starting from the DC side, grind the barrier on your left and just hold the grind for a second and it should take you to a siderope that leads to the red qp below the bridge. Just take the entire rope in a grind for your gap.
Through- Go into one of the dips and just ride it off to the side.
Up Wire- Grind the red qp below the bridge and jump into a grind on the wire above it.
Crane 2 Train- Grind the crane towards Baltimore and jump at the last second to a grind on the train tracks.
Down The Green- From Baltimore, look to your right. You should see a rail that goes down and then back up towards the crane you can get on. Manual down this dirt ( Starting from the top) to Baltimore.
Fence 2 Box- Starting From Baltimore, look to your left. You should see a fence with orange plastic below it. Grind the fence towards DC and jump towards the boxes and grind them.
Light Wire 2 Wire- From DC walk on the bridge until you see the drops on each side of the bridge where you get the gap " Big Gap" Take the left one down. Grind the wire above the red qp towards Baltimore and jump when you see the wire going up towards the crane and grind it.
Dip 2 Crane- Bank drop in the first dip if your coming from Baltimore and air out of it on the other side to a agrind on the crane.
Up The Green- From Baltimore, look to your right. You should see a rail that goes down and then back up towards the crane you can get on. Manual up this dirt towards DC.
Around The QP- Starting from DC, walk until you see the two drops on both sides of you, take the right one down. Notice how there is a red qp that curves in on two sides. Grind it all including both of the curves. For some reason, it may take a few tries to register.

Air and Space Museum:
Wright Stuff: Grind the Wright Brothers airplane hanging from the ceiling of the museum. I did this by gaining a lot speed and grinding the railing and then jumping onto the plane and landing in a grind.
Harbor Bridge:
Long Light Grind: Grind the wire with the lights on it that crosses the entire bridge, without jumping. you'll need lots of speed, so i suggest placing a boost kicker right in front of the wires beginning. jump off this (after a few agrokicks) then immediately grind the wire. you should have enough speed to cross.
