There's an achievement glitch in Chapter 6 Mission 1 where you have to chase Montgomery's limo. The achievement don't unlock even if you are not hit. I did the mission twice without being hit and no achievement.

amen, Im up to doing it 6 times with no hit and no chievo. The dog part at the end, I cant tell if a hit is registering right when the black black fades to the game....I push far right to ensure the dog doesnt but, I cant tell. Really pissing me off tho, I can tell you that. I am going to erase the cache and see if that update is *** me up and see what happens. If I get it tonight, Ill post a reply. If no reply, it means the game is in the garbage.

ok, i just got it and it was because of the dog at the end...you have to follw these commands before the dog screen even shows up (L R L R D R U) that should do it, I hope that helps. Message me if I can help with anything.

I ran into this issue too.  I did the mission multiple times until I FINALLY finished it without getting hit.  I know this because in the game I get the badge for it, but no achievement.  It's not the end of the world but it certainly IS frustrating especially since now it will be impossible for me to get the full 1000 gamerscore.  Oh well..
