Is there a good recruiting tutorial some where?  The recruiting seems really in depth but complicated as well.

What i do is to set up my recruiting preferences (Size, Defense, Shooting...etc). Then i usually go after the Junior college kids and the the most interested local prospects in the state (World prospects as well). Using this strategy i built my program (Texas State) into an National Champion within two seasons.

The recruiting to me is simply hard.  I've done so much to get a top player, by visiting his home, phoning him, etc. and he never signs. 2k should have employed a better recruiting system for this game.
