I've just started playing this again on my new gamertag. It's my favorite arcade title and the best value at only 400 points. I never played much multiplayer, but I loved completing the different levels. Does anyone know if they're going to release another one at some point or at least add some new single player stuff?

One of the best arcade games, and the fact that it's only 400 msp makes it a must-buy.

I never really liked the multiplayer, but the single player is awesome. My friends and I used to try and best each others single player times while talking in party chat - better than the real multiplayer imo.

Firstly, they'll never release single player DLC. It's been too long and from what I've heard, it won't happen.

Secondly, a new one would be a lot better. It'd had all new levels and stuff so you'd get more enjoyment out of it. I really hope there is a new one at some time.

i think its very possible that they will make a new one, i enjoyed the singleplayer most, and for 400MP its a bargain. i hope to see a new one in the future

I seriously cannot believe they haven't made a sequel to this game, Marble Blast Ultra 2... This is one of the most popular Live games out there and a sequel would be wildly popular and very profitable for them to make. Hell they even just released a version of this called Marble Blast Mobile for the iPhone. Surely if they can do that among all the other versions out there they could give us another game. I'd buy it day 1 for sure if it ever happened...

I cant believe a sequel hasnt been announced either. The first one did so well and if they were to release another one im sure they would have another instant hit on their hands.

MBU is my favorite XBLA game and now after 3 years of it release i still play it on a regular basis. I love trying to beat my high scores...on my friends list leaderboard ive got the top score on every level. Id buy a sequel in a heartbeat.

If they do make a sequel, a race mode would be great for multiplayer, because gem hunt isn't that fun to be honest, but single player is great though :)
