 Im at the point where you are first introduced to the pacifians that move really fast and where the enterence to the next area I have to make my way up on to the lifts and there are those creatures that burrow always circling the area. They can break my spike grenades and the dont move in the cold. the spike granades dont quiet reach where i need to go. to i just need to get a spike granade to appear up next to the lift or what.

Objective
Invade the pacifian stronghold

Side question. this happened once i spent about ten minutes on them and all of a sudden they stop komming what do you think could havrcaused it

Not exactly sure in which part of this area you are but assuming you've taken down the first two "Cheetahs" (fast moving Pacificans who seem to appear out of nowhere), afterward, you simply climb the steps to a platform and make a jump to the platform on the crane and you can easily get to the next two platforms on cranes to the next area.  If you are in the next area, you kill two more Cheetahs, jump down on the ground and run to the area on the far side where two more Cheetahs are shooting at you.  You can use the side area to your right for cover and use jumps to avoid the "Creepers" (the critters that look similar to sand crabs).

Usually, I die at the other side because of all the punishment from the Cheetahs but you get a checkpoint once you reach this area.  There's a crate with a "raptor" directly in front of you, quickly build a mound, you'll need it for cover and use your weapons to take out the two Cheetahs.  After you kill the two Cheetahs, you can either build the mound as high as you can and jump from there or you can use a spike grenade, no "Creepers" here, to lift you to the balcony just below the top of the structure.  You'll need the Lodestone to bring the closest platform to you, jump on, use the Lodestone to bring you to the platform you are facing; it has a crate with another raptor.  Once on that platform, kill the next two "Cheetahs" and then use the Lodestone to position the platforms on the cranes to allow you to make it to the other side.  Once you are on the other side, raise the ground and run across to the next entrance.  You should be able to avoid the "Creepers" in this area.

Where precisely to shoot the Lodestone can be a bit of trial and error in order to get everything into position and it usually takes two quick shots to position the platform you are on or to move another one close enough to reach by a jump.

As to your side question, it was probably a glitch in the game.  It might happen again and it might not but if you are down on the ground in that area, you can't use a spike to move up to the next area as it appears you may already have found.  You need to use the Lodestone to position the platforms on cranes in order for you to get to the next area.
