I have run into a glitched achievement called demolition expert.. I have played well over 2,000 most in the KINGMAKER game type. Over 1,500 of the games where played with the same people from my friends list, They got the achievement and i did not. If anyone else has run into this GLITCHED achievement and knows what I did wrong or how to fix this in any way please reply. 2,000 games wasted is alot of TIME wasted, and because of this I am recomending to my friends or anyone who reads this post "DON'T
buy,
rent or even play this game.."

Did just one of you host?
I ask because I ran into the same problem on the 500 win achievement. I hosted all 500 games and my buddy got it @ 500 but I got it at 560. For the next 1000 we switched to see if it was just a fluke or a real issue. We are still in the process, currently at 1250 matches and should be done tomorrow evening.

Yes for the most part I was the host,One other thing I noticed that was strange is even when I wasn't the host I had to still press the A btutton to proceed to the lobby (allowing the host to start a new game,about 80% of the time). did this happen with your game? And this also seemed to happen only when I was playing with one other particular person, after he left the party I never had to push the A button to get back to the lobby. I thank you, and anyone else that may give some insight into this problem...

My buddy just got it.
I hosted the first 500, and he has hosted the next 1000 matches. My 500 popped 60 late, and I needed 88 matches by my count when he got the achievement. Seems pretty random.
Basically I did everything for the first 500 and he just walked away from the controller which turned off. After we switched, I did the same thing. Hoping I would catch up with him, but I didn't. We used wireless controllers since the game continues after the controller turns off.
Also, both of us had to hit 'A' to get back into the lobby after each match no matter who was controlling. So I don't think that had anything to do with it.
We did the far, far majority in kingmaker on Solarwinds with each match taking roughly 1-minute to complete including load times. I will update when mine pops. Hopefully tonight.
Also I started counting the final 1000 only after the 500 achievement popped. So I am at 1480 in actual matches right now by my count which is probably short considering he got it about 20 some matches ago.

Just got it. 21 matches shy of 1000 that started 60 matches after the 500 achievement.
So all in all it took me 1529 matches to get the achievement by my count. My buddy got it before 1500.
Good luck with yours. I would clear the cache and start playing a few more.
