I finally beat all 20 challenges on the Sawmill level...then was wondering why I wasn't advancing to the next level.
The instructions mentioned that you only need to beat half the levels to be able to move on to the next??
At first I thought that meant I had to get an "A" for the levels...then I, by accident, found that by running into the coat of arms on the fence produced the level select - with level two unlocked.
Was that actually in the instructions?? I read through it and don't remember it.
Anyway - that challenge requiring 20 deliveries without allowing anyone to pass out was tough...
