First Ever GRID International Race of Nations

As a long time GRID player one thing I have noticed is that so many people from different nations play it, well i asume its the same for all games but on GRID you can see where everyone is from with the country flags as you race.  So an idea came to me today, why not see which nation has the best GRID player.  I'm thinking 12 players, 12 different nations, in a 3 race championship on the Touring Cars since its so popular and only 2 cars to pick from so makes it fair, a vote can be decided if collisions are on or off, damage on and catch-up off.  See which country takes the bragging rights, if its successful make it a fortnightly thing.  I will be representing England of course.  A list of all the nations I have seen on the game include:

  • Ireland
  • Scotland
  • Wales
  • France
  • Germany
  • Holland
  • Spain
  • Portugal
  • Norway
  • Sweden
  • Japan
  • USA
  • Canada
  • Austria
  • Russia
  • Slovania
  • Finland
  • Switzerland
  • Turkey
  • Italy

So if anyone from those countries or if I have missed any off and you would like to get together for the International race of Nations, then sign up on here, I'm thinking of doing it on Wednesday 25th at 7:00PM GMT, people can race eachother from same country if you wanna fight for the right to represent your country.  Hope people like the idea, little something fun and to get everyone together.

Hey man, count me in. I cant tell you just how 'extinct' my nation is on Xbox LIVE haha... I'm from Malaysia. In case you dont know where it is, it's northwest of Australia and south of Veitnam, neighbouring Singapore. If you have played DiRT 2, you should know.

Hit me up anytime, maybe instead of 12, we can just have... 5? 7? of us? Anyway, yeah.. anytime man. Peace.

P.S : I will be renewing my membership soon. And I'm a clean driver too, no worries!

Nice bump. Almost a year ago, that's a new record.
